牧草分析样品制备方法对检测值的影响研究

【摘要】:饲草料标准样品是一种具有较好的均匀性、稳定性且量值准确的样品,它对检定或养分分析起着重要的“量具”作用。分析测试的重要环节之一就是样品制备,因此为保证分析结果准确、减小分析误差,正确的制备样品便成为了关键步骤。选取敖汉苜蓿(Medicago sativa L. cv. Aohan)为豆科牧草代表,蒙古冰草(Agropyron mongolicum Keng)为禾本科牧草代表原料,进行探讨青鲜分析样品和干草分析样的制备方法和其在不同储藏时间、不同杀青时间、不同粉碎粒度的处理下检测指标的变化影响,旨在为饲草料分析样品的制备方法、品质评价、营养价值的评定标准化提供参数。减少在制备过程中的不当操作,为检测结果提供客观、真实的检测数值。通过实验和分析讨论得出以下结论:①豆科牧草青鲜分析样品制备时最佳杀青时间为105℃下杀青10min。其他杀青时间段检测指标则表现出劣变现象。禾本科牧草青鲜分析样品制备时的杀青时间对的检测指标的影响较豆科牧草不明显,但是同样推荐适宜杀青时间为105℃下杀青10min。②豆科牧草干草分析样品储藏上限时间为30d,其他储藏时间段检测指标则表现出劣变现象。禾本科牧草干草分析样品制备时的储藏上限时间对的检测指标的影响较豆科牧草不明显。在此同样推荐制备干草分析样品时适宜储藏上限时间为30d。③最佳粉碎粒度:测定试样干物质含水量及Ash时最佳粉碎粒度应为20目。测定试样能量时的最佳粉碎粒度为40目。测定试样CP、NDF、ADF、RFV是最佳粉碎粒度为60目。
[Abstract]:Forage standard sample is a kind of sample with good uniformity, stability and accurate value. It plays an important "measuring tool" role in calibration or nutrient analysis. One of the important links of analysis and testing is sample preparation. Therefore, in order to ensure the accuracy of the analysis results and reduce the analysis error, the correct preparation of the sample became the key step. Medicago sativa L.cv.Aohan was selected as the representative of leguminous forage, and Agropyron mongolicum Kengas was used as the representative forage material of Gramineae. The preparation method of green fresh analysis sample and hay analysis sample and the effect of different storage time, different green killing time and different crushing granularity on the change of detection index were discussed. The purpose of this study was to prepare the sample for forage forage analysis. Quality evaluation, nutritional value evaluation standardization provide parameters. Reduce improper operation in the preparation process, provide objective test results, Through experiments and analysis, the following conclusions can be drawn: the best green killing time is 105 鈩,
