三丁酸甘油酯在肉鸡饲料中的应用效果研究

【摘要】:为考察三丁酸甘油酯对肉鸡生长性能、屠宰性能和脂质代谢的影响,以及三丁酸甘油酯在肉鸡消化道内的消化状态。试验选用了1日龄cobb肉鸡300只,按照公母各半,体重相近及随机的原则,分为5个处理组,分别为对照组、三丁酸甘油酯Ⅰ组、三丁酸甘油酯Ⅱ组、三丁酸甘油酯Ⅲ组、三丁酸甘油酯Ⅳ组,每个处理组6个重复(栏),每栏10只鸡。分两个阶段饲养:第一阶段(1-21天),对照组饲喂基础日粮,四个三丁酸甘油酯组均饲喂在基础日粮中添加0.5%的三丁酸甘油酯的日粮;第二阶段(22-42天),三丁酸甘油酯Ⅰ组、三丁酸甘油酯Ⅱ组、三丁酸甘油酯Ⅲ组、三丁酸甘油酯Ⅳ组分别饲喂在基础日粮中添加0.5%、1%、2%、3%的三丁酸甘油酯的日粮。各处理组日粮营养水平基本一致。饲养期42天。饲养试验结束后,屠宰取样,分析屠宰性能指标和脂质代谢指标,同时从每个处理组选出体况相近的公鸡15只,进行代谢试验,分析三丁酸甘油酯在肉鸡消化道内的状态。1.三丁酸甘油酯对肉鸡生长性能的影响。(1)与对照组相比,在肉鸡日粮中添加0.5%三丁酸甘油酯,可以显著提高1-21天的平均日采食量和平均日增重(P0.05)。(2)与对照组相比,在肉鸡日粮中添加不同水平的三丁酸甘油酯对22-42天的肉鸡的生长性能没有显著影响(P0.05)。2.三丁酸甘油酯对肉鸡屠宰性能和脂质代谢的影响。(1)与对照组相比,在肉鸡日粮中添加0.5%、1%和2%三丁酸甘油酯,显著降低了公鸡的腹脂率(P0.05),1%和2%三丁酸甘油酯组对公鸡的半净膛率、全净膛率、胸肌率、腿肌率均有显著提高(P0.05),3%三丁酸甘油酯组提高了公鸡的胸肌率(P0.05);其中2%三丁酸甘油酯组比0.5%和3%三丁酸甘油酯组显著提高了半净膛率3.5%和4.3%(P0.05);添加1%和2%三丁酸甘油酯组比添加0.5%三丁酸甘油酯组提高了5.3%和5.1%(P0.05),比添加3%三丁酸甘油酯组提高了8.1%和7.8%(P0.05);添加1%、2%和3%三丁酸甘油酯组比0.5%三丁酸甘油酯组分别提高了胸肌率13.1%、21%和10.5%(P0.05);添加2%三丁酸甘油酯组比添加3%三丁酸甘油酯组显著降低腹脂率25.1%(P0.05);添加2%和3%的三丁酸甘油酯组比添加0.5%三丁酸甘油酯组公鸡血清中HLD-C水平分别提高了20%和2.7%(P0.05);添加2%和3%的三丁酸甘油酯组比添加1%三丁酸甘油酯组公鸡血清中HLD-C水平分别提高了17.2%和19.9%(P0.05)。而添加三丁酸甘油酯对母鸡屠宰性能的影响不显著(P0.05)。(2)与对照组比较,1%和2%三丁酸甘油酯组公鸡和母鸡的血清高密度脂胆固醇水平有显著提高(P0.05);2%三丁酸甘油酯组提高了公鸡血清甘油三酯的水平(P0.05)。3.三丁酸甘油酯在肉鸡消化道内的消化状态的测定。(1)在肝门静脉血中未检测出丁酸和三丁酸甘油酯;(2)在小肠中未检测出丁酸;(3)胃食糜中丁酸含量在前8小时随着三丁酸甘油酯的添加量提高而增加,并且3%三丁酸甘油酯组胃食糜中丁酸的含量高于0.5%、1%和2%三丁酸甘油酯组(P0.05)。检测到0.5%、1%、2%、3%三丁酸甘油酯组胃食糜中10小时的丁酸总和换算成三丁酸甘油酯,则分别占食入三丁酸甘油酯的0.96%、1.2%、0.83%、0.72%;(4)在盲肠中,前4小时内2%的三丁酸甘油酯组与0.5%和1%的三丁酸甘油酯组有显著差异(P0.05),之后6小时与0.5%、1%、3%的三丁酸甘油酯组有显著差异(P0.05)。检测到三丁酸甘油酯Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组盲肠食糜中10小时的丁酸总和换算成三丁酸甘油酯占食入三丁酸甘油酯的9.26%、8.95%、8.92%、5.95%。总的来说,在饲料中添加0.5%三丁酸甘油酯可以提高1-21天肉鸡的生长性能。在饲料中添加1%和2%三丁酸甘油酯可以提高肉公鸡的屠宰性能,及改善血脂指标。约有1%的三丁酸甘油酯在胃部被分解,不超过食入三丁酸甘油酯的10%在盲肠中被分解,因此三丁酸甘油酯大部分被肠道分解利用。
