东串猪及其与杜洛克杂交猪的生长、屠宰性能和血清生化指标

【摘要】:东串猪作为我国优良地方猪品种,测定其纯种及其与杜洛克杂交猪的生长性能、屠宰性能及血清生化指标,对于下一步的保种和开发利用具有十分重要的意义。本试验分别选取体质量约50 kg、体况相近的健康东串猪和杜洛克×东串猪(杜东猪)各32头(公母各半),换料期3 d,饲养期80 d,按照猪场管理要求正常饲养,并测定生长性能、屠宰性能及血清生化指标。结果显示,杜东猪较东串猪的平均日增质量高出89.52 g,平均日采食量高出569.31 g;杜东猪的屠宰率、后腿比例和瘦肉率分别较东串猪高出9.15、2.36、3.80百分点;东串猪的谷草转氨酶、总蛋白、球蛋白和乳酸脱氢酶含量显著性高于杜东猪(P0.05)。试验结果表明,东串猪与杜洛克的杂交后代生产性能有很大的改善,但对肉质和环境适应性会有一定程度的影响。杜东猪的生长性能、屠宰性能和肉品质在中国地方猪种二元杂交猪中处于中等水平,今后还需要进一步加强东串猪的纯种选育以及杂交配套工作。
[Abstract]:As an excellent local pig breed in China, Dongxian pig was used to determine the growth performance, slaughtering performance and serum biochemical index of its pure breed and its crossbred pig with Duroc. It is very important for the next step to conserve the species and develop and utilize the pig. In this experiment, we selected about 50 kg of healthy Dongchuan pig with similar body condition and 32 Duroc 脳 Dongxian pig (Dudong pig) each (male and female, half and half), and restocked with each other. Period 3 days, feeding period 80 days, in accordance with the requirements of pig farm management, The results showed that the average daily gain of Dudong pigs was 89.52 g higher than that of Dongquan pigs, and the average daily intake of Dodong pigs was 569.31 g higher than that of Dodong pigs, and the slaughtering rate of Dudong pigs was higher than that of Dodong pigs. The hind leg ratio and lean meat percentage were 9.15 ~ 2.36 ~ 3.80 percentage points higher than those of Dodong pig, respectively, and the contents of glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase, total protein, globulin and lactate dehydrogenase in Dongquan pig were significantly higher than those in Dodong pig (P 0.05). The production performance of the crossbred progenies of Dongxian pig and Duroc has been greatly improved, but the meat quality and environmental adaptability will be affected to a certain extent. Slaughtering performance and meat quality are in the middle level among Chinese local crossbred pigs. In the future, it is necessary to further strengthen the breeding of Dongjian pigs and the work of crossbreeding.
