GABA、DHA、ALA对蛋鸡的产蛋性能和鸡蛋品质的影响

【摘要】:本文通过三个实验来研究功能性添加剂:GAB A (γ-Aminobutyric acid,即γ-氨基丁酸)、DHA (Docosahexaenoic acid,即二十二碳 六烯酸)和ALA (α-Linolenic acid,即α-亚麻酸,十八碳三烯酸)对蛋鸡的产蛋性能和鸡蛋品质的影响。实验一:GABA对蛋鸡产蛋性能和鸡蛋品质的影响本实验旨在研究GABA对蛋鸡产蛋性能和鸡蛋的品质的影响。选取300日龄的海兰褐蛋鸡384只,随机分为2个处理,每个处理3个重复,每个重复64只:对照组饲喂基础日粮,实验组添加0.1%的GABA,试验期42天。结果表明:1)日粮中添加GABA可以在1-2周、5-6周时显著提高了蛋鸡的日采食量以及在试验全期均显著降低了料蛋比(P0.05)。2)添加GABA可以显著提高蛋重、蛋壳重,显著降低蛋形指数、蛋黄重(P0.05)。3)在蛋鸡日粮中添加GABA可以显著提高血清白蛋白含量。4)添加GABA可以显著降低蛋鸡的脏器指数。5)添加GABA对蛋黄脂肪酸及胆固醇、甘油三酯无显著影响。由此可知,在蛋鸡日粮中添加0.1%的GABA对蛋鸡产蛋性能和鸡蛋品质均有所提高。本文通过三个实验来研究功能性添加剂:GAB A (γ-Aminobutyric acid,即γ-氨基丁酸)、DHA (Docosahexaenoic acid,即二十二碳 六烯酸)和ALA (α-Linolenic acid,即α-亚麻酸,十八碳三烯酸)对蛋鸡的产蛋性能和鸡蛋品质的影响。实验一:GABA对蛋鸡产蛋性能和鸡蛋品质的影响本实验旨在研究GABA对蛋鸡产蛋性能和鸡蛋的品质的影响。选取300日龄的海兰褐蛋鸡384只,随机分为2个处理,每个处理3个重复,每个重复64只:对照组饲喂基础日粮,实验组添加0.1%的GABA,试验期42天。结果表明:1)日粮中添加GABA可以在1-2周、5-6周时显著提高了蛋鸡的日采食量以及在试验全期均显著降低了料蛋比(P0.05)。2)添加GABA可以显著提高蛋重、蛋壳重,显著降低蛋形指数、蛋黄重(P0.05)。3)在蛋鸡日粮中添加GABA可以显著提高血清白蛋白含量。4)添加GABA可以显著降低蛋鸡的脏器指数。5)添加GABA对蛋黄脂肪酸及胆固醇、甘油三酯无显著影响。由此可知,在蛋鸡日粮中添加0.1%的GABA对蛋鸡产蛋性能和鸡蛋品质均有所提高。实验二:DHA、ALA对蛋鸡产蛋性能和鸡蛋品质的影响本实验旨在研究DHA、ALA对蛋鸡产蛋性能和鸡蛋的品质的影响。选取300日龄海兰褐蛋鸡576只,随机分为3个处理,每个处理3个重复,每个重复64只:对照组饲喂基础日粮,实验组添加0.2%的DHA和0.2%的ALA,试验期42天。结果表明:1)两种添加剂的蛋鸡产蛋率都没有较为显著的变化(P0.05),两种处理都能在一定程度上提高日采食量,添加DHA的料蛋比低于添加 ALA的料蛋比。2)添加ALA的蛋重变化显著提高(P0.05),添加DHA能减少蛋黄沉积以及促进Ca、P的吸收。3)添加DHA及ALA可以显著降低血清的甘油三酯(P0.05),其余血清指标无显著变化(P0.05)。4)添加DHA及ALA可以显著降低蛋鸡的肝脏指数(P0.05)。5)添加DHA及ALA的鸡蛋的PUFA的含量均有显著提高(P0.05)。添加DHA比添加ALA更能显著增加蛋黄中的二十二碳六烯酸,更具降低胆固醇等作用。两个添加组均能显著增加n-3PUFA的含量(P0.05),并且添加DHA及ALA均能降低n-6/n-3的比值。6)添加DHA及ALA都可以显著降低蛋黄中的TC和TG值(P0.05)。由此可知,在蛋鸡日粮中添加0.2%DHA及0.2%ALA对蛋鸡产蛋性能和鸡蛋品质均有所提高。
[Abstract]:This article studies the functional additives through three experiments: GAB A (gamma -Aminobutyric acid, namely gamma aminobutyric acid (Docosahexaenoic), DHA acid, twenty-two C six acid) and ALA (alpha -Linolenic acid, alpha linolenic acid, eighteen carbon three acid) on the laying performance and egg quality influence. Experiment one: effects of GABA on laying performance and egg quality of laying hens in this experiment was conducted to study the effects of GABA on the quality of egg production and egg.
