甘胆口服液对人工诱发犬咳嗽的疗效观察

【摘要】：为了观察甘胆口服液治疗人工诱发犬咳嗽的临床疗效,采用8d烟熏浴造模的方法构建犬咳嗽模型,并将成功造模的试验犬随机分为甘胆口服液高、中、低剂量组和阳性对照组4个组,另设空白对照组。其中甘胆口服液高、中、低剂量组试验犬按0.2、0.1、0.05mL/kg的剂量灌服甘胆口服液,阳性对照组与空白对照组试验犬则灌服相应量的灭菌生理盐水。连续7d给药后,通过临床症状和咳嗽积分指数对甘胆口服液的疗效进行判定。结果表明,与正常对照组相比,甘胆口服液高、中剂量组均可明显改善临床症状和降低咳嗽积分指数(P0.01),临床症状和咳嗽积分指数变化无显著差异(P0.05);且高、中剂量组之间差异不显著(P0.05)。说明高、中剂量的甘胆口服液对人工诱发的犬咳嗽具有较好的治疗作用。
[Abstract]:In order to observe the clinical effect of Gandan oral liquid on artificial induced canine cough, a canine cough model was established by 8 days smoking bath. Four groups of low dose group and positive control group were divided into blank control group, in which Gan Gan oral liquid was given to dogs at the dose of 0.2mL / kg 0.1mL / kg, medium dose and low dose group, and the control group was given Gan Dan oral liquid, and the control group was given Gan Dan oral liquid at the dose of 0.2mL / kg. The dogs in the positive control group and the blank control group were given the same amount of sterilized saline. After 7 days of administration, the curative effect of Gan Dan oral solution was evaluated by clinical symptoms and cough integral index. In the middle dose group, the clinical symptoms were significantly improved and the cough score index (P0.01) was decreased. There was no significant difference between the clinical symptoms and the cough score index (P 0.05), and the difference between the middle dose group and the middle dose group was not significant (P 0.05). The medium dose of Gan Gan oral liquid has a good therapeutic effect on artificial induced cough in dogs.
