冬季八层层叠式笼养鸡舍环境质量测定与分析

【摘要】:【目的】试验旨在对八层层叠式笼养密闭式鸡舍冬季环境质量进行测定和分析,为层叠式笼养密闭式鸡舍环境控制提供依据。【方法】使用环境智能监控系统和粉尘采样器每天6:00-8:00、12:00-14:00和18:00-20:00测定八层层叠式笼养密闭式鸡舍水平和垂直方向上不同位置的环境质量参数(温度、相对湿度、风速、光照强度、CO_2浓度、粉尘浓度、氨气浓度和PM10)。【结果】在采取侧窗进风、纵向通风的通风模式下,冬季八层层叠式笼养蛋鸡舍内平均温度、相对湿度、风速和光照强度分别为19.11℃、52.02%、0.25 m/s和34.00 lx,空气中平均二氧化碳浓度、粉尘浓度、氨气浓度和PM_(10)分别是2083.22 mg/m~3、2.85 mg/m~3、1.04 mg/m~3和26.01μg/m~3。不同测定点之间环境质量存在差异,从湿帘端到风机端鸡舍温度、二氧化碳浓度、氨气浓度、粉尘浓度和PM_(10)浓度呈逐渐增大的趋势,上层测定点H_(3.80m)、H_(4.50m)和H_(5.10m)的温度、二氧化碳浓度和氨气浓度显著高于下层测定点H_(0.60m)、H_(1.30m)和H_(1.90m)。相关分析结果表明,风速与温度、二氧化碳浓度、氨气浓度、粉尘浓度呈极显著负相关,温度与氨气浓度呈显著正相关。【结论】冬季八层层叠式笼养鸡舍内不同位置环境质量参数存在差异,环境质量基本符合《畜禽场环境质量标准》(NY/T 388-1999)。
