江门市马冈镇马冈鹅产业发展研究

【摘要】：水禽主要是指鸭、鹅、鸿雁、灰雁等在水面环境生活的动物,一般主要是指数量较多的鹅和鸭。中国水禽养殖的历史悠久,在饲养的绝对量上,鸭占到世界的约70%份额,鹅占到约90%。水禽产业作为畜牧业的重要一环,由于水禽产品营养价值高,味道受消费者的喜爱,导致市场需求旺盛。水禽产业的产值在整个畜牧业中比重较大,饲养水禽也是大部分水禽养殖户脱贫致富的良好途径。本文研究的主要对象是江门市马冈镇的马冈鹅,随着改革开放以来,马冈鹅产业发展很快,成为广东四大名鹅之首,马冈鹅这个具有当地特色的农产品品牌入选了广东省十大名牌系列农产品50强。截止到2014年初,母鹅存栏量约20万只,年产鹅苗约420万只,马冈鹅年出栏量达到约300万只,占全市总量的一半以上,年产值近1.2亿元,占据该镇农业总产值的一半左右,同时在开平市农业经济中也有很重要的地位。本文以马冈鹅养殖户为调查对象,运用文献回顾法和调查研究法,通过对马冈镇马冈鹅养殖户的调查分析,了解目前马冈镇马冈鹅产业发展的现状以及存在的问题,从质量、技术、组织和价格四个角度对影响马冈鹅产业发展的因素进行了简单的分析,得出马冈鹅产业在发展过程中,马冈鹅的质量、技术、组织程度和价格四个方面对发展马冈鹅产业非常重要,最后提出进一步促进马冈鹅产业发展的对策建议,具有一定的现实意义,同时系统的对马冈鹅产业进行研究,建议政府通过宏观调控和政策扶持来提升产业竞争力,为政府制定相关水禽政策法规提供决策依据,具有一定的政策意义。
[Abstract]:Waterfowl mainly refers to ducks, geese, wild geese, gray geese and other animals living on the surface of the water. Generally speaking, they mainly refer to large numbers of geese and ducks. China has a long history of waterfowl breeding, and ducks account for about 70% shares of the world in absolute quantities. The water bird industry, as an important part of the animal husbandry, because of the high nutritional value of the waterfowl products and the taste favored by the consumers, led to a strong market demand. The output value of the waterfowl industry had a large proportion in the whole animal husbandry. Raising waterfowl is also a good way for most waterfowl breeders to get rid of poverty and get rich. The main object of this paper is Magang geese in Magang Town, Jiangmen City. With the reform and opening up, the Magang goose industry has developed rapidly and become the first of the four geese in Guangdong. Ma Gang Goose, a brand of agricultural products with local characteristics, has been selected as the top 50 top 10 famous agricultural products in Guangdong Province. As of early 2014, there were about 200,000 female geese in stock, about 4.2 million goose seedlings per year, and about 3 million magang geese annually. It accounts for more than half of the total amount of the whole city, with an annual output value of nearly 120 million yuan, which accounts for about half of the total agricultural output value of the town. At the same time, it also plays an important role in the agricultural economy of Kaiping City. By using the method of literature review and investigation, through the investigation and analysis of Magang goose farmers in Magang Town, the present situation and existing problems of Magang goose industry development in Magang Town are understood, and the quality and technology are discussed. From four angles of organization and price, this paper makes a simple analysis of the factors affecting the development of the Maogang goose industry, and draws the conclusion that the quality and technology of the Maogang goose industry in the process of development. The organization degree and price are very important to the development of Maogang goose industry. Finally, it is of practical significance to put forward some countermeasures and suggestions to further promote the development of Maogang goose industry. At the same time, a systematic study on the Magang goose industry is carried out. It is suggested that the government should improve the competitiveness of the industry through macro-control and policy support, and provide the decision basis for the government to formulate the relevant waterfowl policies and regulations, which has certain policy significance.
