氟苯尼考对陆川猪喘气病的治疗研究

【摘要】:猪喘气病是由猪肺炎支原体感染引起的高度接触性、慢性传染病,严重影响猪的正常生长,对养猪业的危害极大。该病由呼吸道被感染猪肺炎支原体引起,在任何季节均可发生,春秋及气温变化大的时节多发,并且任何品种和年龄段的猪都可被感染。尤其是规模化养殖条件极易诱发喘气病。如果不积极采取防治措施,几乎所有的猪都会被感染,且很容易引起继发感染,使病情加重,损失加剧。本实验选择广西玉林某三个猪场的陆川猪为研究对象,先对陆川猪感染喘气病进行了诊断,通过饲料加药和注射用药的方法进行治疗。实验采用氟苯尼考粉剂、泰乐菌素+土霉素混合剂、氟苯尼考注射液和林可霉素注射液四种用药方法,并设阳性感染组为对照组,通过对几种治疗喘气病的药物进行疗效比较,对规模化养殖条件下治疗陆川猪喘气病的方法进行分析讨论,获得结果如下:1.氟苯尼考粉剂饲料用药的治愈率和有效率分别是77%和89%。2.泰乐菌素+土霉素混合剂饲料用药的治愈率和有效率分别是74%和87%。3.氟苯尼考注射液的治愈率和有效率分别是85%和95%,高于其他组。4.林可霉素注射液的治愈率和有效率分别是64%和78%,在四组药物治疗中最低。结果表明:氟苯尼考粉剂及注射液对陆川猪喘气病均有较好的治疗作用,泰乐菌素+土霉素的混合剂疗效也比较好,林可霉素注射液治疗有一定的效果,但治愈率不高。氟苯尼考注射液对治疗陆川猪喘气病较适合。
[Abstract]:Swine wheezing disease is a highly contact and chronic infectious disease caused by mycoplasma pneumoniae infection, which seriously affects the normal growth of pigs and is harmful to pig industry. The disease is caused by mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in respiratory tract. Can occur in any season, spring and autumn and temperature changes are frequent, and any breed and age of pigs can be infected. In particular, large-scale breeding conditions can easily induce wheezing disease. If we do not take active measures to prevent and cure the disease, Almost all pigs will be infected, and it is easy to cause secondary infection, which will aggravate the condition and aggravate the loss. In this experiment, Luchuan pigs from three pig farms in Yulin, Guangxi, were selected as the research subjects, and Luchuan pigs infected with wheezing disease were first diagnosed. Four methods were used in the experiment: florfenicol powder, tylosin oxytetracycline mixture, florfenicol injection and lincomycin injection, and the positive infection group was used as the control group. Based on the comparison of the therapeutic effects of several drugs for gasping disease, the treatment methods of Luchuan pig wheezing disease under the condition of large-scale breeding were analyzed and discussed. The results are as follows: 1.The cure rate and effective rate of florfenicol powder feed are 77% and 89.2 respectively. The cure rate and effective rate of terlosin oxytetracycline feed are 74% and 87.3.The cure rate of florfenicol injection is 74% and 87.3. The cure rate and effective rate of lincomycin injection were 64% and 78 respectively, which were the lowest in the four groups. The results showed that florfenicol powder and injection on Luchuan pig gasping. All of them have good therapeutic effects. The mixture of tylosin oxytetracycline and lincomycin injection had a certain effect, but the cure rate was not high. Florfenicol injection was more suitable for the treatment of Luchuan pig wheezing disease.
