42例猫下泌尿道疾病临床诊断与治疗的回顾性分析

【摘要】：猫下泌尿道疾病是指发生在猫的膀胱和尿道的疾病,包括膀胱结石、尿道结石、膀胱炎等多种疾病。导致猫下泌尿道疾病发病的因素有很多,它不单是指一种疾病的名称,而是指多种疾病同时发生的总称。该病发病时会存在多种临床表现。膀胱炎和尿道炎的临床症状包括血尿、排尿困难、排尿时带有疼痛的感觉等。膀胱结石和尿道结石等阻塞性疾病的猫的临床症状包括精神沉郁、尿闭、尿痛、排尿时呻吟、舔舐生殖器等。猫下泌尿道疾病的发病会对猫的健康造成很大的威胁,临床中有很大部分的猫来医院就诊是因为这类疾病。因此,通过对猫下泌尿道疾病的发病原因和诊断与治疗方法的研究,可以为临床中如何诊断和治疗该病提供参考。本文共收集猫下泌尿道疾病的相关病例42例。通过对这些病例诊断和治疗过程的统计整理与分析,系统的总结出猫下泌尿道疾病的诊断方法和治疗方法,并对其做出客观评价。诊断方法主要通过临床基础检查、实验室检查和影像学检查相互结合的方式进行。治疗方法主要采取保守的治疗方法和手术的治疗方法。保守治疗针对没有发生阻塞的病例,如膀胱炎、尿道炎和尿路感染等。手术疗法针对已经发生尿道阻塞或者部分尿道阻塞的病例,例如膀胱结石和尿路结石等。保守治疗主要采取导尿、抗生素治疗、改善饲养管理和饲喂处方粮酸化尿液的方式进行。由于发病部位的不同,手术疗法采取不同的手术方式,例如膀胱切开手术、尿道切开手术和尿道造口手术等。本文通过对42例病例的统计分析发现,保守疗法共治疗22例,治愈12例,治愈率为55%,手术治疗20例,治愈19例,治愈率为95%。保守疗法的治愈率比手术疗法的治愈率低,但是手术疗法需要承担麻醉的风险,损伤也比较大。因此在治疗猫下泌尿道疾病时,应该在通过合理的诊断方法判断疾病的严重程度后,再选取合适的方法进行治疗。

Conservative treatment mainly by catheterization, antibiotic treatment, improve feeding and feeding prescription of acid By the way of urine. The incidence of the different parts, take different surgical operation therapy, such as bladder incision, incision of urethra and urethral stoma surgery. According to the statistical analysis found that in 42 cases, 22 patients were treated with conservative therapy, 12 cases were cured, the cure rate was 55%, 20 cases of surgical treatment, 19 cases were cured, the cure rate was 95%., the cure rate of conservative therapy than surgical therapy cure rate is low, but need to bear the risk of surgical therapy of anesthesia, the damage is relatively large.
