小麦型日粮对生长猪生长的影响

【摘要】:本研究采用胃蛋白酶-胰蛋白酶两步体外消化法来测定小麦、玉米、豆粕三种原料在不同粉碎粒度下粗蛋白质的体外消化率,分析小麦替代玉米的可行性;并结合实际应用,来考察全麦型日粮对生长猪生长的影响。将小麦、玉米、豆粕分别经1.5mmm、2.0mmm、2.5mmm、3.0mm孔径筛片粉碎,三种原料在4种不同粉碎粒度下分别各取3个样品,采用体外消化法测定胃蛋白酶消化率和胃蛋白酶-胰蛋白酶总消化率,试验结果表明:在本实验条件下,相同粉碎粒度的小麦与豆粕的粗蛋白质胃蛋白酶消化率和胃蛋白酶-胰蛋白酶总消化率差异不显著(P0.05),小麦和豆粕与玉米的粗蛋白质胃蛋白酶消化率和胃蛋白酶-胰蛋白酶总消化率差异均显著(P0.05);三种原料的粗蛋白质胃蛋白酶消化率和胃蛋白酶-胰蛋白酶总消化率从高到底为豆粕小麦玉米。同种原料随着粉碎筛片孔径增大,粉碎粒度增加,粗蛋白质胃蛋白酶消化率和胃蛋白酶-胰蛋白酶总消化率呈下降趋势。选取150头健康状况良好、日龄相近,平均体重30kg左右的杜长大仔猪,随机分为2个处理组,每个处理组设5个重复,每个重复15头猪。两个处理组分别饲喂小麦型日粮和玉米-豆粕型日粮,饲喂试验期共36天。试验结果表明:小麦型日粮组和玉米-豆粕型日粮组在日增重、采食量、料重比、腹泻率等生产性能指标方面均无显著差异(P0.05);在屠宰后胴体肉色方面也无显著差异;但小麦型日粮在造肉成本上更有优势,降低造肉成本5.01%,差异显著(P0.05)。
[Abstract]:In this study, the in vitro digestibility of crude protein of wheat, corn and soybean meal was determined by pepsin and trypsin two-step digestion method, and the feasibility of wheat replacing corn was analyzed. The effects of whole wheat diet on the growth of growing pigs were investigated. Wheat, corn and soybean meal were crushed by 1.5 mm ~ 2. 0 mm ~ 2. 5 mm ~ 2. 5 mm ~ 2. 0 mm ~ 3 mm sieve respectively, and 3 samples were taken from each of the three kinds of raw materials under 4 different granularities. Pepsin digestibility and pepsin-trypsin total digestibility were determined by in vitro digestion. There was no significant difference in the digestibility of crude protein pepsin and pepsin-trypsin between wheat and soybean meal with the same granularity (P 0.05), but the digestibility of protein pepsin and pepsin in wheat, soybean meal and corn were not significant. The total digestibility of trypsin was significantly different from that of P0.05, and the total digestibility of CP pepsin and pepsin to trypsin were from high to high to soybean meal wheat and corn. The same raw material increased with the aperture of crushing sieve. The digestibility of crude protein pepsin and the total digestibility of pepsin and trypsin decreased with the increase of crushing granularity. 150 piglets with good health condition, similar day age and average body weight of about 30kg were selected. Two treatment groups were randomly divided into two groups, 5 replicates in each treatment group, and 15 pigs in each treatment group. The two treatment groups were fed wheat diet and corn-soybean meal diet, respectively. The trial period was 36 days. The results showed that the daily gain, feed intake and feed weight ratio of wheat type diet group and corn-soybean meal diet group were higher than those of wheat diet group. There was no significant difference in the production performance indexes such as diarrhea rate and carcass color after slaughter, but the wheat-type diet had more advantages in the cost of meat production, and reduced the cost of meat production by 5.01, the difference was significant (P 0.05).
