奶牛静脉血和脐静脉血脂联素、瘦素及IGF-1表达水平与犊牛初生体质量相关性研究

【摘要】:为探究奶牛静脉血及脐静脉血中脂联素(adiponectin)、瘦素(leptin)、胰岛素样生长因子1(IGF-1)与犊牛初生体质量间的相关性。选取规模化养殖场54头正常分娩奶牛,按犊牛初生体质量划分为A(≤40kg),B(40~45 kg),C(≥45 kg)3组,采集分娩奶牛静脉血及脐静脉血,用ELISA方法检测静脉血中脂联素、瘦素和IGF-1的表达水平,分析其间的相关性及与犊牛初生体质量的相关性。结果表明,奶牛静脉血脂联素、瘦素和IGF-1表达水平两两之间均呈极显著正相关(P0.01),但奶牛静脉血脂联素、瘦素和IGF-1表达水平与犊牛初生体质量相关性均不显著(P0.05);脐静脉血脂联素、瘦素和IGF-1表达水平两两之间均呈极显著正相关(P0.01),脐静脉血脂联素、瘦素和IGF-1表达水平均随犊牛初生体质量增加而逐渐升高,且分别与犊牛初生体质量呈极显著正相关(P0.01);奶牛静脉血脂联素、瘦素和IGF-1表达水平均极显著高于脐静脉血(P0.01),而奶牛静脉血脂联素、瘦素和IGF-1的表达水平与脐静脉血中表达水平相关性均不显著(P0.05)。据此得出,奶牛静脉血和脐静脉血中均有脂联素、瘦素和IGF-1表达,奶牛静脉血中及脐静脉血中脂联素、瘦素和IGF-1均各自相互协调发挥作用;奶牛静脉血脂联素、瘦素和IGF-1均对犊牛初生体质量影响不显著,但脐静脉血脂联素、瘦素和IGF-1均对犊牛初生体质量影响极显著,该结果可为进一步研究脂联素、瘦素和IGF-1对犊牛初生体质量的影响机制奠定基础。
