短乳杆菌ZLB004发酵培养基的优化研究

【摘要】：为得到短乳杆菌ZLB004最佳发酵培养基,本试验研究了不同碳源、氮源、缓冲盐、微量元素对短乳杆菌活菌数的影响,并利用响应面分析法对筛选出的主培养基成分进行了优化,得到短乳杆菌ZLB004的发酵培养基为:葡萄糖31.4 g/L、酵母粉3.5 g/L、牛肉膏8.5 g/L、牛肉蛋白胨10 g/L、乙酸钠7.5 g/L、柠檬酸氢二铵3 g/L、磷酸氢二钾3 g/L、硫酸锰0.2 g/L、硫酸锌0.6 g/L、吐温-80 1 ml/L、pH 6.5。短乳杆菌ZLB004在此培养基中37℃培养24 h,活菌数可达3.15×10~9cfu/mL,是优化前活菌数的4.03倍。
