短乳杆菌ZLB004发酵培养基的优化研究

【摘要】:为得到短乳杆菌ZLB004最佳发酵培养基,本试验研究了不同碳源、氮源、缓冲盐、微量元素对短乳杆菌活菌数的影响,并利用响应面分析法对筛选出的主培养基成分进行了优化,得到短乳杆菌ZLB004的发酵培养基为:葡萄糖31.4 g/L、酵母粉3.5 g/L、牛肉膏8.5 g/L、牛肉蛋白胨10 g/L、乙酸钠7.5 g/L、柠檬酸氢二铵3 g/L、磷酸氢二钾3 g/L、硫酸锰0.2 g/L、硫酸锌0.6 g/L、吐温-80 1 ml/L、pH 6.5。短乳杆菌ZLB004在此培养基中37℃培养24 h,活菌数可达3.15×10~9cfu/mL,是优化前活菌数的4.03倍。
[Abstract]:In order to obtain the best fermentation medium for Lactobacillus brevis ZLB004, the effects of different carbon sources, nitrogen sources, buffer salts and trace elements on the number of live bacteria of Lactobacillus brevis were studied, and the main components of the medium were optimized by response surface analysis.
