不同处理对多浪羊及巴音布鲁克羊同期发情产羔效果的影响

【摘要】:随着绵羊生产逐渐趋于舍饲化、规模化,如何简单易行、高效率地发挥绵羊繁殖潜力、批量生产商品羊已成为急需解决的重要课题。本实验通过对比不同处理方法对多浪羊和巴音布鲁克羊在春季、秋季同期发情和人工授精的效果,力求优化一种操作简单,且能在南疆农村养羊中具有普遍推广价值的方法,以期为南疆养羊业提供技术参考。实验一,对比了CIDR+PG+PMSG、CIDR+PMSG、CIDR+PMSG+A3三种处理方法对秋季空怀多浪羊同期发情效果及人工受精后受胎率及产羔率的影响。结果显示:CIDR+PG+PMSG处理后母羊的发情率、受胎率及产羔率分别为93.1%、96.3%和125.0%,均显著高于CIDR+PMSG处理组母羊的发情率(80.4%)、受胎率(80.0%)及产羔率(94.4%),也均显著高于CIDR+PMSG+A3处理组的发情率(78%)、受胎率(79.5%)及产羔率(93.5%),(P0.05)。CIDR+PMSG和CIDR+PMSG+A3处理组之间的发情率、受胎率及产羔率差异均不显著。结果表明,在秋季使用CIDR+PG+PMSG法对多浪羊进行高频繁育可以获得理想的产羔效果。实验二,使用CIDR+PMSG+PG处理方法在春季和秋季对巴音布鲁克羊和多浪羊进行同期发情,分别比较秋季和春季同期发情对空怀巴音布鲁克羊和多浪羊受胎率及产羔率的影响。试验结果表明:在秋季使用CIDR+PG+PMSG方法处理后的巴音布鲁克羊发情率93.1%,极显著地高于春季使用相同方法处理的巴音布鲁克羊的发情率,(P0.01);秋季该方法处理后母羊的受胎率及产羔率分别为89.4%和96.3%,均显著高于春季处理母羊的受胎率(58.5%)及产羔率(94.5%),(P0.05)。在春季和秋季分别使用CIDR+PG+PMSG方法处理多浪羊,秋季母羊发情率95.1%与春季母羊发情率91.2%无显著性差异;但秋季母羊受胎率及产羔率分别为88.2%和115.8%,均显著高于春季处理母羊的受胎率(77.4%)及产羔率(105.6%),(P0.05)。将同一品种母羊春季、秋季的同期发情后人工授精受胎率及产羔率合并,对比两个品种的受胎效率和产高效率。结果显示,多浪羊在处理母羊受胎效率和产羔效率上均极显著高于巴音布鲁克羊,提示多浪羊更适合工厂化养殖,能给养殖者带来更多的收益。
[Abstract]:As sheep production gradually tends to be reduced to a large scale, it is easy and efficient to develop the sheep's reproductive potential. Batch production of commercial sheep has become an important issue to be solved urgently. In this experiment, the effects of different treatment methods on estrus synchronization and artificial insemination of Dulang sheep and Bayinbrook sheep in spring and autumn were compared, in order to optimize a simple operation. And it can be widely popularized in rural sheep raising in southern Xinjiang, in order to provide technical reference for sheep raising in southern Xinjiang. Experiment 1, The effects of three treatments of CIDR PG PMSG, CMSG, cidr PMSG A3 on estrus synchronization, conception rate and lambing rate after artificial insemination were compared. The results showed that estrus rate of ewes treated with 10% cidr PG PMSG was higher than that of control group. The conception rate and lambing rate were 93.3% and 125.0%, respectively, which were significantly higher than those of estrus rate (80.4%, conception rate 80.04%) and lambing rate (94.4%) of CIDR PMSG treatment group, and significantly higher than that of CIDR PMSG A3 treatment group (78.78%, conception rate 79.5%), and the lambing rate 93.55.5. CIDR PMSG and CIDR PMSG A3 were also significantly higher than those of CIDR PMSG A3 treatment group (79.5%) and the lambing rate 93.55.5.CIDR PMSG and CIDR PMSG A3 were also significantly higher than those in CIDR PMSG A3 treatment group. Estrus rate between treatment groups, There was no significant difference in conception rate and lambing rate. The results showed that high frequency breeding with CIDR PG PMSG method in autumn could obtain ideal lambing effect. The CIDR PMSG PG method was used to synchronize estrus between Bayinbrook sheep and Dulang sheep in spring and autumn. The effects of estrus synchronization in autumn and spring on conception rate and lambing rate were compared. The results showed that the estrus rate of Bayinbrook sheep treated with CIDR PG PMSG method in autumn was 93. 1%. The estrus rate of Bayinbrook sheep treated with the same method in spring was higher than that of Bayinbrook sheep in spring, and the conception rate and lambing rate of ewe treated by this method in autumn were 89.4% and 96.3%, respectively, which were significantly higher than those of estrous sheep treated in spring (58.5%) and lambing rate (58.5%). In spring and autumn, the CIDR PG PMSG method was used to treat Dulang sheep. There was no significant difference between the estrus rate of estrus in autumn (95.1%) and that in spring (91.2%), but the conception rate and lambing rate of ewe in autumn were 88.2% and 115.8%, respectively, which were significantly higher than those of ewes treated in spring (77.4%) and lambing rate (105.6%). The combination of artificial insemination rate and lambing rate after estrus synchronization in autumn compared the efficiency of conception and productivity of the two breeds. The results showed that the efficiency of pregnancy and lambing of Dulang sheep was significantly higher than that of Bayinbrook sheep in the treatment of estrous estrus. It is suggested that Doulang sheep is more suitable for industrial breeding and can bring more benefits to farmers.
