载铜蒙脱石对肉鸡生长性能和养分表观利用率的影响

【摘要】:本试验旨在研究饲粮中添加载铜蒙脱石对肉鸡生长性能和养分表观利用率的影响。试验采用完全随机设计,将180只1日龄AA肉鸡随机分为3组,每组10个重复,每个重复6只鸡(公母各半)。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组在基础饲粮基础上分别添加0.1%和0.2%的载铜蒙脱石。试验期42 d,分为1~21日龄和22~42日龄两阶段。结果表明:(1)与对照组相比,肉鸡平均体重(ABW)、平均日增重(ADG)和平均日采食量(ADFI)随载铜蒙脱石添加量的提高而提高。(2)添加0.2%载铜蒙脱石组较对照组21日龄ABW提高7.1%(P0.10),1~21日龄ADG提高7.5%(P0.10);干物质、总能和粗蛋白质的消化率分别降低2.7%、2%和6.6%(P0.05)。1~21日龄ADFI和F/G,22~42日龄ABW、ADG和F/G,以及钙和磷的表观利用率无显著影响(P0.05)。(3)添加0.2%的载铜蒙脱石组十二指肠绒毛高度/隐窝深度、回肠隐窝深度显著增加(P0.05),对空肠和回肠绒毛高度、空肠隐窝深度、空肠和回肠绒毛高度/隐窝深度,对盲肠大肠杆菌、沙门氏菌和乳酸杆菌数量,及肝脏中铜、铁、锰、锌含量均无显著影响(P0.05)。由此可见,饲粮中添加载铜蒙脱石可改善肉鸡的生长性能。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study was to study the effects of copper montmorillonite on growth performance and apparent nutrient utilization efficiency of broilers. 180 1-day-old AA broilers were randomly divided into 3 groups with 10 replicates in each group. There were 6 chickens (half male and half female) in each replica. The control group was fed with basic diet. The experimental group was supplemented with 0.1% and 0.2% copper loaded montmorillonite on the basis of basal diet. The experiment period was 42 days, which was divided into two stages: 1 ~ 21 days old and 22 ~ 42 days old. The results showed that: 1) compared with the control group, Average body weight, average daily gain (ADG) and average daily intake (ADFI) of broilers increased with the increase of copper montmorillonite loading. The digestibility of total energy and crude protein decreased by 2. 7% and 2. 7%, respectively, and the apparent utilization ratio of ABWN ADG and F / G at day 22 and 42 of 6.6%(P0.05).1~21, and the apparent utilization ratio of calcium and phosphorus did not significantly affect the villi height / crypt depth of duodenum in copper loaded montmorillonite group. The depth of ileum crypt increased significantly (P 0.05), to jejunum and ileum villi height, jejunal crypt depth, jejunum and ileum villi height / crypt depth, to cecal Escherichia coli, Salmonella and Lactobacillus, and to copper, iron, manganese in liver, Zinc content had no significant effect on P0. 05%. It can be seen that adding copper montmorillonite to diet can improve the growth performance of broilers.
