FTO基因多态性及其与2个绵羊群体生长性状的相关性

【摘要】:【目的】本文探讨了FTO基因多态性与不同绵羊群体生长性状的相关性。【方法】采用飞行质谱技术检测了FTO基因在杜泊羊和滩寒杂交群体中的多态性及其与生长性状的相关性。【结果】FTO基因的rs160915957位点的AA基因型个体体重在杜泊和滩寒绵羊群体中分别为极显著(P0.01)和显著(P0.05)低于GG型个体。GG型绵羊胸围最大,且GG型杜泊羊胸围显著大于滩寒羊GG型个体(P0.05)。GG型个体在2个群体中的体斜长最大,同一群体不同基因型间差异不显著(P0.05);不同基因型间,滩寒群体绵羊体高大于杜泊羊,但只有AA型个体在2个群体间显著差异(P0.05)。此外,GG型个体的杜泊羊胸宽最大,AA型的最小,这与滩寒群体相反,但均没有显著性差异(P0.05)。FTO基因的rs160915957位点不同基因型对绵羊其他性状的影响差异不显著。【结论】FTO基因的rs160915957位点对杜泊及滩寒绵羊群体的体重、体斜长及胸围等具有显著影响。FTO基因是否是影响绵羊生长性状的主效基因尚待进一步探讨,但FTO基因的rs160915957位点多态性将为不同绵羊群体后代的体重、胸围等性状的选择提供参考依据。
[Abstract]:[objective] to investigate the association between FTO gene polymorphism and growth traits of different sheep populations. [methods] the polymorphism of FTO gene in Dupo sheep and Tan cold hybrid population and its relationship with growth were detected by flight mass spectrometry. [results] the weight of AA genotype individuals at rs160915957 locus of FTO gene was significantly lower than that of GG type sheep (P 0.01) and significant P 0.05 (P 0.05), respectively. The chest circumference of GG type Dupo sheep was significantly larger than that of Tan Han sheep (P 0.05). GG type individuals had the largest body oblique length in the two populations, but there was no significant difference between different genotypes of the same population (P 0.05), and among different genotypes, the body height of Tan cold sheep was higher than that of du Bo sheep. However, only the individuals of AA type had significant difference between two populations (P 0.05). In addition, the largest chest width of Dupo sheep in GG individuals was the smallest of AA type, which was contrary to that of cold beach population. However, there was no significant difference in the effect of different genotypes of rs160915957 loci on other traits in sheep. [conclusion] the rs160915957 loci of FTO gene have no significant effect on the body weight of Dupo and Tan Han sheep populations. The effects of body oblique length and chest circumference on whether the FTO gene is the main gene affecting the growth traits of sheep need to be further studied. However, the rs160915957 locus polymorphism of the FTO gene will be the weight of the offspring of different sheep populations. The selection of chest circumference and other traits provides reference basis.
