生物床模式下复合生物饲料对三元杂交猪的生长性能、肉质及生化指标的影响

【摘要】:在生物床养殖模式下,试验分别用基础日粮、单一生物饲料(基础日粮+生物饲料)以及复合生物饲料(单一生物饲料+生物活性添加剂)饲喂湖北省地方的三元杂交猪{长白(♂)×[大约(♂)×通城(♀)](♀)}60 d,然后进行生长性能、生理生化指标以及肉质测定。试验结果表明,使用复合生物饲料可以达到最优育肥效果:平均日增重851.9 g/(头·d)、料肉比2.91、肌间脂肪3.89%,大理石纹3.97、肌肉系水率81.22%。由此可见,这种集成的生态养殖模式可以提高湖北省本地三元杂交猪的生产效率和猪肉品质。
[Abstract]:In the biological bed culture model, the experiment was conducted on a basal diet.The single biological feed (basic diet biological feed) and the compound biological feed (single biological feed bioactive additive) were fed to the three-way crossbred pig {Changbai (Pao) 脳 [about (Pao) 脳 Tongcheng (Pao)] in Hubei Province.60 days, and then perform growth performance,Physiological and biochemical indexes and meat quality were determined.The results showed that the optimum fattening effect could be achieved by using compound biological feed: average daily gain was 851.9 g / r (head dai, feed / meat ratio 2.91), intermuscular fat 3.89%, marbling 3.97, muscle water ratio 81.22 2.Therefore, the integrated ecological breeding model can improve the production efficiency and pork quality of local three-dimensional crossbred pigs in Hubei province.
