不同方式处理玉米对伊犁马消化代谢影响的比较研究

【摘要】:本试验研究由三个试验组成,即α-淀粉酶体外酶解三种不同加工处理玉米中淀粉消化性的研究;不同处理玉米对半岁伊犁公马消化代谢及血液相关指标的影响;不同加工处理玉米对1岁伊犁公马消化代谢及血液相关指标的影响。研究目的是为不同处理玉米在马属动物饲料中的应用提供参考依据。试验一:α-淀粉酶体外酶解三种不同加工处理玉米中淀粉消化性的研究。试验通过体外酶解法,测定不同加工处理玉米各酶解时间点,还原糖生成量、每小时净还原糖产生量及玉米中直链淀粉和支链淀粉的消耗量与消耗率来比较分析淀粉的消化性。8 h酶解过程中,产生还原糖总量膨化玉米组高于玉米粉组16.98 mg,蒸汽压片玉米组高于玉米粉组9.88 mg。膨化加玉米组的直链淀粉和支链淀粉的累积消耗率分别高于玉米粉组14.02%和12.5%,蒸汽压片玉米组直链淀粉和支链淀粉的累积消耗率分别高于玉米粉组9.93%和9.02%。试验二:不同加工处理玉米对半岁伊犁公马消化代谢及血液相关指标的影响。试验选取体重相近、健康状况良好的半岁伊犁公马20匹,按体重相近原则,随机分为4组,每组5匹,分别饲喂等质量、等比例含不同处理玉米的日粮,加酶组在相同日粮基础上多加1 g酶制剂,进行消化代谢试验。试验结果显示:相对于玉米粉组,膨化玉米组DM的消化量提高了0.15 kg,OM的消化量提高了0.21 kg,CP的消化量提高了2.46 g,NDF的消化率提高了2.68%,ADF的消化率提高了2.04%,N的保留率提高了5.84%;蒸汽压片玉米组OM的消化量提高了0.11 kg(P0.05)。玉米粉加酶组与玉米粉组相比较无显著差异(P0.05)。试验三:不同加工处理玉米对1岁伊犁公马消化代谢及血液相关指标的影响。试验选取24匹体重相近,健康状况良好的1岁伊犁公马,按体重相近原则随机分为3组,每组8匹,分别饲喂等质量、等比例含不同加工处理玉米的日粮,进行消化代谢试验。结果显示:与玉米粉组相比较,膨化玉米组对DNF的消化率提高了5.42%,对ADF的消化率提高了5.26%,N的保留率提高了12.61%;蒸汽压片玉米组ADF的消化率提高了4.95%(P0.05)。
[Abstract]:This experiment was composed of three experiments, namely, the digestion of starch in corn treated with 伪 -amylase in vitro, the effect of different treatments on digestion and metabolism of half-year-old Yili Gongma and related indexes of blood, and the effect of different treatments on the digestion and metabolism of starch in maize.Effects of different processing treatments on digestion and Metabolism and Blood related Indexes of 1-year-old Yili Gonghorse.The purpose of this study was to provide reference for the application of different treatments of maize in equine animal feed.Experiment 1: in vitro enzymatic hydrolysis of 伪-amylase in corn starch digestibility of three different processing treatments.Through in vitro enzymatic hydrolysis, the amount of reducing sugar was determined at each time point of enzymatic hydrolysis of corn treated with different processing.The amount of net reduced sugar per hour and the consumption and consumption rate of amylose and amylopectin in maize were compared to analyze the digestibility of starch during 8 h enzymatic hydrolysis.The total amount of reducing sugar produced in the extruded corn group was higher than that in the corn flour group (16.98 mg), and that in the steam pressed corn group was higher than that in the corn flour group (9.88 mg).The cumulative consumption rate of amylose and amylopectin in extruded corn group was higher than that in corn flour group (14.02% and 12.5%, respectively), and the cumulative consumption rate of amylose and amylopectin in steam pressed corn group was 9.93% and 9.02% higher than that in corn flour group, respectively.Experiment 2: effect of different processing on digestion, metabolism and blood related indexes of half-year-old Yili Gongma.Twenty half-year-old Yili male horses with similar body weight and good health were selected and randomly divided into 4 groups, 5 in each group, fed diets of equal weight and equal proportion containing different treatments of corn, according to the principle of similar body weight.The enzyme group added 1 g of enzyme preparation to the same diet to carry out digestion and metabolism test.The results showed that: compared with the corn meal group,鑶ㄥ寲鐜夌背缁凞M鐨勬秷鍖栭噺鎻愰珮浜,
