刀郎羊养殖业产业化发展研究

【摘要】：由于新疆少数民族饮食习惯的特殊性,羊肉已成人们日常生活中不可缺少的肉类产品。随着近年来西部大开发政策,内地省市援疆政策的全面落实、迁来新疆上班,做生意,创业及旅游观光等外来人口的不断增加,显然消费羊肉的人群更加明显增多。正是这个时机,新疆草原畜牧业正处在禁牧休牧减畜的发展趋势,这种局面为农区养殖的刀郎羊提供了良好的发展契机。喀什地区以刀郎羊为特色产业,但受传统养殖业的影响,使羊产业规模化发展的速度缓慢,如何让刀郎羊产业实现产业化发展成为当地政府待解决的问题。本文以产业关联,产业结构,分工合作等相关理论为基础,以刀郎羊主要产区为主要调查对象,采用文献资料、专家咨询、田野调查、入户访谈和数理统计等研究方法,对6个刀郎羊养殖合作社与38户农户家庭进行入户访谈,深入了解各产区的经济结构、社会结构、养殖业管理结构及生态结构,并调研过程中得到的一手资料进行系统全面的分析,找出刀郎羊养殖业产业化中存在的问题,进而提出刀郎羊养殖业规模化经营的若干设想和建议。通过研究,找寻刀郎羊养殖业产业化中存在的问题;第一,饲养成本上升,养殖效益下降。第二,饲草料生产基地建设滞后,政府重视力度不够。第三,生产社会化服务体系建设滞后,产业组织化程度低;目前农户养殖刀郎羊获得的收益只处于通过原始羊产品的阶段,还不能获得羊产品深加工环节带来的附加值。第四,缺乏龙头加工企业参与的支持力度不足;产业化发展的主要途径是养殖业龙头企业,它引导合作社的发展,鼓励农户的加入,提高刀郎羊的规模化程度。第五,资金投入不足等等。根据以上存在的问题,文章提出了推进刀郎羊养殖业产业化发展的对策与建议。一是保障养殖业发展的资金投入;二是加快草场建设,解决饲草料供给;三是加强建设社会化服务体系;四是大力支持,争取龙头企业积极参与产业化;五是加大扶助力度,增加对养殖户进行饲草料成本的补贴等自己的若干想法和建议。
[Abstract]:Due to the particularity of the eating habits of ethnic minorities in Xinjiang, mutton has become an indispensable meat product in people's daily life.With the western development policy in recent years and the comprehensive implementation of the policy of aiding Xinjiang in inland provinces and cities, the number of foreign people who have moved to Xinjiang to work, do business, start businesses, travel and sightseeing has increased, and obviously the number of people consuming mutton has increased even more.At this time, Xinjiang steppe animal husbandry is in the trend of banning animal husbandry, grazing and reducing livestock, which provides a good opportunity for the development of Dao Lang sheep raised in agricultural areas.In Kashi area, the characteristic industry is Dao Lang sheep, but under the influence of traditional breeding industry, the speed of large-scale development of sheep industry is slow. How to realize the industrialization of Dao Lang sheep industry becomes a problem to be solved by the local government.Based on the related theories of industrial association, industrial structure, division of labor and cooperation, and taking the main producing areas of Dao Lang sheep as the main object of investigation, this paper adopts research methods such as literature, expert consultation, field investigation, household interview and mathematical statistics, etc.In order to understand the economic structure, the social structure, the management structure and the ecological structure of the farming industry, 6 dailang sheep farming cooperatives and 38 peasant households were interviewed in order to understand the economic structure, the social structure, the management structure and the ecological structure of the farming industry.Through systematic and comprehensive analysis of the primary data obtained in the course of investigation and investigation, the problems existing in the industrialization of the sheep breeding industry of Dao Lang are found out, and some tentative ideas and suggestions for the large-scale management of the sheep breeding industry are put forward.Through the research, find out the existing problems in the industrialization of Tailang sheep breeding. Firstly, raise the raising cost and decrease the benefit.Second, the construction of forage production base lags behind, the government pays less attention to it.Third, the construction of socialized service system of production lags behind, and the degree of industrial organization is low. At present, the income obtained by farmers' raising Dao Lang sheep is only in the stage of passing through the original sheep products, and the added value brought by the deep processing of sheep products can not be obtained.Fourth, the lack of leading processing enterprises to participate in the lack of support; the main way to develop industrialization is leading enterprises in aquaculture, it leads the development of cooperatives, encourage farmers to join, and improve the scale of Dulang sheep degree.Fifth, insufficient investment and so on.According to the above existing problems, the paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the industrialization development of Dao Lang sheep breeding industry.First, to ensure the investment of funds for the development of the aquaculture industry; second, to speed up the construction of pasture and solve the supply of forage forage; third, to strengthen the construction of a socialized service system; fourth, to vigorously support and strive for the leading enterprises to actively participate in industrialization; and fifthly, to increase assistance.Increase the cost of forage for farmers to subsidize their own ideas and suggestions.
