不同添加水平酵母培养物对保育仔猪生长性能和血清免疫指标的影响

【摘要】:试验目的是探讨不同水平酵母培养物对保育仔猪生长性能和血液免疫指标的影响。选取120头28 d断奶仔猪,随机分成3个处理组:对照组、0.5%酵母培养物组、1%酵母培养物组。测定和计算试验第14 d和37 d仔猪的生长性能和血清生化指标。试验结果表明,0.5%和1%酵母培养物组显著提高了保育仔猪平均日增重,减少了平均日采食量,改善了料肉比。在试验第14 d,1%酵母培养物组显著提高了血液中总补体(CH50)和白介素2(IL-2)水平,极显著提高了红细胞水平,显著降低了内毒素(ET)水平;0.5%和1%酵母培养物组显著提高了血红蛋白水平;0.5%酵母培养物组显著降低了血小板水平。在试验第37 d,1%酵母培养物组极显著提高了红细胞、免疫球蛋白(Ig G)和IL-2水平,极显著降低了ET水平,显著提高了CH50水平;0.5%和1%酵母培养物组极显著提高了白细胞和淋巴细胞水平,极显著降低了血小板水平;0.5%酵母培养物组极显著提高了红细胞水平。以上结果表明,日粮中添加酵母培养物改善了保育仔猪的生长性能,添加量0.5%和1%酵母培养物的效果相当;酵母培养物提高了仔猪的免疫系统的应答能力,添加1%酵母培养物的免疫保护作用要好于添加0.5%。
[Abstract]:The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of yeast cultures at different levels on growth performance and blood immunity of piglets.120 28 d weaned piglets were randomly divided into 3 groups: control group (0.5% yeast culture) and 1% yeast culture group.The growth performance and serum biochemical indexes of piglets on the 14th and 37th day of the experiment were measured and calculated.The results showed that 0.5% and 1% yeast culture significantly increased the average daily gain, reduced the average daily intake and improved the feed / meat ratio.On the 14th day, the 1% yeast culture group significantly increased the levels of total complement CH50) and interleukin 2 (IL 2), and increased the level of red blood cell (RBC) significantly.The levels of endotoxin et (0.5%) and 1% yeast culture significantly increased the hemoglobin level. The 0.5% yeast culture group significantly decreased the platelet level.The levels of erythrocyte, immunoglobulin G) and IL-2 were significantly increased in the 1% yeast culture group on the 37th day of the experiment, and the levels of et were significantly decreased in the 1% yeast culture group on the 37th day of the experiment.The levels of CH50 were significantly increased in 0.5% and 1% yeast cultures, and the levels of leukocytes and lymphocytes were significantly increased in the yeast culture group, and the platelet level was significantly decreased in the yeast culture group, and the erythrocyte level was significantly increased in the yeast culture group (0.5%).The results showed that the growth performance of piglets was improved by adding yeast culture to the diet, the effect of 0.5% and 1% yeast culture was the same, and the immune response ability of piglets was improved by yeast culture.The immune protection of 1% yeast culture was better than that of 0.5% yeast culture.
