壳聚糖硒抗ZEN对小鼠脏器指数、IL-18和TNF-α含量的影响

【摘要】:为研究壳聚糖硒抗玉米赤霉烯酮(ZEN)对小鼠脏器指数、白介素18(IL-18)和肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)含量的影响,本试验将40只雌性昆明小鼠随机均分为对照组、ZEN组、壳聚糖硒1组和壳聚糖硒2组,分别饲喂基础日粮,添加2 mg/kg ZEN的基础日粮,添加2 mg/kg ZEN和0.2 mg/kg(以硒计量)壳聚糖硒的基础日粮以及添加2 mg/kg ZEN和0.4 mg/kg(以硒计量)壳聚糖硒的基础日粮。试验期为30 d。试验结束时测定小鼠脏器指数、血清IL-18和TNF-α含量。结果表明:ZEN组小鼠子宫指数较对照组提高了31.26%(P0.05),壳聚糖硒1组和壳聚糖硒2组小鼠子宫指数较ZEN组分别降低了23.49%和25.61%(P0.05);ZEN组、壳聚糖硒1组和壳聚糖硒2组小鼠肾脏指数较对照组分别提高了6.34%、11.94%和8.21%(P0.05);对照组、ZEN组、壳聚糖硒1组和壳聚糖硒2组间小鼠心脏、脾脏、肺脏和肝脏指数变化均在8%以内(P0.05)。ZEN组小鼠血浆IL-18和TNF-α含量分别较对照组提高了291.33%和226.83%(P0.01);壳聚糖硒1组和壳聚糖硒2组小鼠血浆IL-18和TNF-α含量较ZEN组分别降低了29.13%、68.99%和24.98%、59.50%(P0.01)。结果提示,壳聚糖硒能够减弱ZEN对小鼠的毒性作用,可降低ZEN导致的小鼠血浆TNF-α和IL-18含量升高。
[Abstract]:To study the effects of chitosan selenium on organ index, interleukin 18 IL-18 (IL-18) and tumor necrosis factor 伪 (TNF- 伪) in mice, 40 female Kunming mice were randomly divided into control group and Zen group.Chitosan selenium group 1 and chitosan selenium group 2 were fed with basal diet and basal diet supplemented with 2 mg/kg ZEN, respectively.Basal diet supplemented with 2 mg/kg ZEN and 0.2 mg / kg of chitosan selenium (measured by selenium) and basal diet supplemented with 2 mg/kg ZEN and 0.4 mg / kg of chitosan selenium.The experimental period is 30 days.The organ index, serum IL-18 and TNF- 伪 levels were measured at the end of the experiment.The results showed that the uterine index of mice in the control group was increased by 31.26% than that in the control group. The uterine index of the mice in the chitosan selenium group and chitosan selenium group decreased by 23.49% and 25.61%, respectively, compared with the ZEN group, and the uterus index in the chitosan selenium group decreased by 23.49% and 25.61% respectively compared with the ZEN group.Compared with the control group, the kidney index of the mice in the chitosan selenium 1 group and chitosan selenium 2 group were increased by 6.34% and 8.21%, respectively, while in the control group, the heart and spleen of the mice were increased by 6.34% and 8.21%, respectively, and the heart and spleen of the mice in the Zen group, the chitosan selenium 1 group and the chitosan selenium 2 group were increased by 6.34% and 8.21%, respectively.The results suggested that chitosan selenium could attenuate the toxicity of ZEN to mice and decrease the increase of plasma TNF- 伪 and IL-18 induced by ZEN.
