道寒杂交母羊妊娠期能量和蛋白质需要量研究

【摘要】:试验选择24只健康、体况相近的道赛特和小尾寒羊杂交一代经产母羊,随机分3组,自由采食组、80%限饲组、60%限饲组,按NRC(2007)饲养标准设计日粮,在妊娠第60天和120天分别进行消化代谢和呼吸测热试验。结果显示:(1)妊娠期道寒杂交母羊的平均日增重随饲喂水平的降低而降低,其中自由采食组在妊娠前期和后期分别能达到250.06和253.87g/d;妊娠期母羊的饲料报酬率随饲喂水平的降低而降低。(2)饲喂水平对妊娠期道寒杂交母羊营养物质的消化代谢有显著影响:随饲喂水平的降低,采食量降低,干物质消化率升高,且二者在妊娠前期自由采食组与60%限饲组间差异显著(P0.05);随饲喂水平的降低,食入氮、粪氮、氮沉积和氮沉积/食入氮下降,氮的消化率升高,其中,食入氮、粪氮和氮的消化率在妊娠前期自由采食组与60%限饲组间差异显著(P0.05);随饲喂水平的降低,粪能、尿能和甲烷能降低,总能消化率、总能代谢率和消化能代谢率上升,其中,粪能在妊娠前期自由采食组与60%限饲组间差异显著(P0.05),其余在各组间差异不显著(P0.05);随饲喂水平的降低,粪碳、尿碳、甲烷碳和二氧化碳碳降低,而碳的消化率上升,其中粪碳在妊娠前期自由采食组与60%限饲组间差异显著(P0.05)。(3)妊娠前期和后期母羊的净氮维持需要量分别为294.4和358.8 mg/kg W0.75·d,净蛋白质维持需要量分别为1.840和2.242 g/kg W0.75·d;妊娠前期和后期不同体重下母羊的净蛋白质生长需要量分别为47.4299BW0.2005g/d和11.1110BW0.5982g/d。(4)妊娠前期和后期母羊的净能维持需要量分别为208.64和258.58k J/kg W0.75·d,代谢能维持需要量分别为367.66和497.70 k J/kg W0.75·d,代谢能的维持利用效率分别为0.567和0.519;妊娠前期和后期不同体重下母羊的净能生长需要量分别为10-3.5616×BW2.2479和10-2.6841×BW1.9523,代谢能生长需要量分别为10-3.4056×BW2.2479和10-2.5098×BW1.9523,代谢能的生长利用效率分别为0.6983和0.6694。
[Abstract]:The test selected 24 healthy, dorsat and Small Tail Han sheep crossbred ewes with similar body condition, were randomly divided into 3 groups, free feeding group, 80% restriction group, 60% restriction group, according to NRC (2007) design of feeding standard diet in pregnancy sixtieth days and 120 days respectively for digestion metabolism and breath calorimetric test. The results showed: (1) during the period of Han crossbred ewe gestation road ADG decreased with the feeding level and decrease the free feeding group in early and late pregnancy can respectively reach 250.06 and 253.87g/d; the feed rate of pregnancy ewes with lower and lower feed level. (2) have a significant effect on digestion and metabolism of feeding levels during pregnancy tract nutrient: Han crossbred ewes with reduced feeding level, feed intake, digestibility of dry matter increased significantly, and the two in the first trimester of pregnancy free feeding group and 60% difference between limited feeding group (P0.05); with the decrease of feed level the ,椋熷叆姘,
