【摘要】:为了测定断奶仔猪日粮外源代谢葡萄糖,本研究进行了四个试验。在比较淀粉测定方法的准确性的基础上,进一步研究四种日粮养分的淀粉消化和利用规律。试验一本试验旨在比较三种淀粉测定方法的准确性。配制6种不同比例的淀粉与纤维素组成的混合标准品,分别采用酸解法(GB/T 2008)、蒽酮比色法和酶解法测定混合标准品中淀粉含量。试验结果表明,酶解法测定结果比酸解法和蒽酮比色法更准确,可以认为是饲料中淀粉含量测定的最佳方法。试验二选取6头21日龄杜长×大三元杂交断奶仔猪,试验猪平均体重为5.48±0.61kg。研究在基础日粮条件下,仔猪小肠淀粉消化和利用规律,为进一步研究仔猪葡萄糖营养,提供基础数据。试验结果表明,基础日粮外源代谢葡萄糖含量为472.78g/kg,在日均采食量为284.48g时,试验断奶仔猪每日外源代谢葡萄糖摄入量为108.09g。试验三选取20头25±2日龄杜×长×大三元杂交断奶仔猪,平均体重为7.06±0.09kg,在试验猪回肠末端安装“T”型瘘管。以玉米、饲料级葡萄糖粉作为碳水化合物来源,配合4种等能等氮试验日粮,MG含量不同的4种试验日粮,分别用于消化试验。研究四种日粮养分的淀粉消化和利用规律,并根据前期试验结果估算四种日粮的MG值。试验结果表明,日粮I、II、III、IV外源代谢葡萄糖含量为254.52g/kg、315.04g/kg、451.21g/kg、490.27g/kg。在日采食量均为300g时,组I、II、III、IV断奶仔猪每日外源代谢葡萄糖摄入量分别为68.83 g、85.40 g、128.8 g、139.99g。试验四采本试验以小肠消化时间为处理因素采用单因子设计,分为1h,2h,4h,6h,8h共5个处理,以试验三中的四种日粮为底物,建立测定外源代谢葡萄糖的体外法,并应用该方法测定六种仔猪常用饲料外源代谢葡萄糖的含量,以为建立以仔猪代谢葡萄糖为基础的饲料评定新体系和葡萄糖营养调控技术的实用化奠定基础。试验结果表明:(1)体外法测定淀粉消化率的最佳消化时间为6h。(2)体内法测得的淀粉消化率与体外消化6h的淀粉降解率的回归方程为y=0.1374x+84.834(R2=0.8711)。由此,得到体外法测定饲料外源代谢葡萄糖的估算公式为IDSG=(0.14K'+84.83)/0.9×BS。(3)体外法测得六种仔猪常用日粮的外源代谢的含量为玉米(新疆)741.10g/kg、玉米(吉林)667.41g/kg、二等小麦(荆门)632.22g/kg、麦麸(周口)396.40 g/kg、豆粕(46%,江苏)93.25g/kg、豆粕(43%,武汉)84.11g/kg。
[Abstract]:In order to determine exogenous glucose metabolism in weaning piglets, four experiments were conducted.On the basis of comparing the accuracy of starch determination methods, the rules of starch digestion and utilization of four kinds of dietary nutrients were further studied.The purpose of experiment one is to compare the accuracy of three starch determination methods.Six kinds of mixed standard materials composed of starch and cellulose were prepared, and the starch content in the mixed standard was determined by acidolysis GBP / T 2008, anthrone colorimetry and enzymatic hydrolysis respectively.The results showed that the results of enzymatic hydrolysis were more accurate than those of acid hydrolysis and anthrone colorimetry, which could be considered as the best method for the determination of starch content in feed.In the second experiment, 6 21 day old Ducang 脳 big three-way crossbred weaned piglets were selected. The average body weight of the tested pigs was 5.48 卤0.61kg.In order to provide basic data for further study of glucose nutrition in piglets, the digestion and utilization of starch in small intestine of piglets were studied under the condition of basal diet.The results showed that the exogenous glucose content in basal diet was 472.78 g / kg, and the daily intake of exogenous glucose was 108.09 g when the daily intake was 284.48 g.In the third experiment, 20 25 卤2 days old Duroc 脳 long 脳 big three-way crossbred weaned piglets with an average body weight of 7.06 卤0.09 kg were selected to install "T" fistula at the end of the ileum of the tested pigs.Corn and fodder grade glucose powder were used as carbohydrate source and four experimental diets with different content of MG were used in digestion experiment.The starch digestion and utilization of four diets were studied, and the MG values of the four diets were estimated according to the results of previous experiments.The results showed that the exogenous metabolic glucose content was 254.52 g / kg ~ 315.04 g / kg ~ (-1) ~ 451.21 g / kg ~ (49) 0.27 g 路kg ~ (-1) 路kg ~ (-1) 路kg ~ (-1).When the daily intake was 300g, the intake of exogenous glucose was 68.83 g / d, 85.40 g / d and 128.8 g / L ~ 139.99 g, respectively.In the fourth experiment, the digestion time of the small intestine was used as the treatment factor. The experiment was divided into 5 treatments of 1 h ~ 2h ~ 4h ~ 4h ~ 6h ~ (-1) ~ 8h, and the four diets of experiment 3 were used as substrates to establish an in vitro method for the determination of exogenous glucose metabolism.The method was used to determine the content of exogenous glucose in six kinds of piglets, which laid a foundation for the establishment of a new feed evaluation system based on glucose metabolism in piglets and the practical application of glucose nutrition regulation techniques.The results showed that the best digestion time of starch digestibility in vitro was 6 h. 2) the regression equation of starch digestibility measured by in vivo method and that of in vitro digestibility of starch digestibility at 6 h was YYC 0.1374x 84.834C R2O 0.8711.As a result,There are 396.40 g / kg of soybean meal, 46g of soybean meal, 93.25 g / kg of Jiangsu, 43% of soybean meal, 84.11 g / kg of Wuhan.
