铜离子改性的凹凸棒石粘土在预防和治疗由沙门氏菌引起的腹泻中的应用(英文)

【摘要】:目的:研究开发一种抗生素替代品,应用于动物细菌性腹泻病的治疗。创新点:将凹凸棒石的吸附作用、肠道粘膜保护作用和铜离子的杀菌作用巧妙的结合在一起,能够替代抗生素,在动物细菌性腹泻的预防和治疗中发挥作用。方法:用硝酸铜和凹凸棒石粘土(Pal)制备铜离子改性的凹凸棒石粘土(CM-Pal)。通过比较添加CM-Pal前后沙门氏菌数量的变化检测抗菌活性。体内试验,将70只小鼠分为7组,其中5组感染沙门氏菌后分别给予Pal、CM-Pal、蒙脱石散、庆大霉素和生理盐水;1组在感染沙门氏菌之前给予CM-Pal,作为预防组;1组不感染沙门氏菌,作为未感染组。通过粪便形态、粪便计分、生长性能和肠绒毛高度等指标判断对沙门氏菌引起的小鼠腹泻的预防和治疗效果。结论:体外抑菌试验显示,CM-Pal与沙门氏菌作用2 h后抗菌率达100%。体内试验也显示,CM-Pal组小鼠24 h后腹泻症状消失,所有小鼠恢复正常。但是其他组小鼠(Pal组、蒙脱石散组和庆大霉素组)分别在48、48和96 h后才恢复正常。CM-Pal治疗组小鼠肠绒毛的高度在感染3 d后恢复正常,但是其他组小鼠肠绒毛高度恢复正常至少需要5 d。CM-Pal预防组小鼠增重高于其他组小鼠。本研究表明,CM-Pal在预防和治疗由沙门氏菌引起的腹泻方面能够替代抗生素具有较好的效果。
[Abstract]:Objective: to research and develop a kind of substitute for antibiotics used to treat animal bacterial diarrhea. Innovations: the adsorption of attapulgite, intestinal mucosal protective effect and bactericidal effect of copper ions are combined together, to replace the antibiotics, play a role in the prevention and treatment of animal bacterial diarrhea. Methods: using copper nitrate and attapulgite (Pal) preparation of copper ion modified palygorskite clay (CM-Pal). By comparing the changes before and after the addition of CM-Pal the number of Salmonella detection of antimicrobial activity. In vivo experiment, 70 mice were divided into 7 groups, the 5 groups were treated with Pal after infection of Salmonella, CM-Pal, Montmorillonite powder, gentamicin and saline; the 1 group was given CM-Pal before infection of Salmonella, as prevention group; the 1 groups are not infected with Salmonella, as uninfected group. Through fecal morphology, fecal score, growth performance and intestinal cashmere To determine the effect of prevention and treatment of diarrhea of mice caused by Salmonella gross height index. Conclusion: the in vitro antibacterial test, the effect of CM-Pal and Salmonella 2 h antibacterial rate of 100%. in vivo experiments also showed that CM-Pal mice 24 h after diarrhea symptoms disappeared, all mice return to normal. But the other group of mice (Pal group, Montmorillonite powder group and gentamicin group) respectively at 48,48 and 96 h after.CM-Pal treatment group returned to normal mice intestinal villus height after infection 3 D returned to normal, but the other group of mice intestinal villus height recovered at least 5 d.CM-Pal weight gain prevention groups were higher than that in other groups of mice. This study showed that CM-Pal has a good effect on prevention and treatment of diarrhea can be caused by Salmonella instead of antibiotics.
