复合菌种生物发酵饲料的研究与应用

【摘要】:当前全球传统的谷物和蛋白原料成本不断上升,而利用农作物发酵生产柠檬酸、赖氨酸、酒精等产品生产利润空间有限。上述产品在生产过程中产生大量的副产品,副产品在单独销售时,其市场价值没有得到最好的体现。在生产柠檬酸、赖氨酸、酒精等过程中产生如木薯酒精糟、玉米淀粉渣、DDG、DDS、玉米浆、玉米纤维皮、湿法糖渣、硫酸铵母液/晶体等副产品。利用这些副产物为原料,通过微生物发酵技术,开发微生物发酵饲料新产品,可以降低副产物原料中的纤维素含量、提高蛋白质含量;通过有益微生物在生长代谢过程中能够产生很多有益物质,如酸性蛋白酶、纤维素酶、糖化酶、维生素(尤其是B族)、氨基酸、有机酸、促生长因子等,这些物质的产生能够给有效提高动物对饲料的消化吸收率、增强动物的抗病能力,促进动物的生长发育,实现变废为宝,为企业创造更高的价值。本文通过益生菌的选择、发酵饲料原料的选择、培养基的定位及生产工艺路线的确定,来提升副产品的经济效益,开发出经济价值高、营养丰富的饲料产品。通过试验过程的开展,在种子培养过程中,对原种进行保藏、分离、筛选及再保藏,确定每一级种子培养的培养基的选择及培养过程的参数;通过发酵培养过程的研究与优化,确定培养基所使用的原辅料及工艺过程参数;通过对原辅料成本核算,确定生产饲料的经济效益。
[Abstract]:At present, the cost of traditional cereals and protein raw materials is increasing, but the profit margin of using crop fermentation to produce citric acid, lysine, alcohol and other products is limited.These products produce a large number of by-products in the production process, and the market value of the by-products is not best reflected when the by-products are sold separately.In the production of citric acid, lysine and alcohol, such as cassava alcohol grains, corn starch dregs DDG DDS, corn pulp, corn fiber husk, wet sugar residue, ammonium sulfate mother liquor / crystal and other by-products.By using these by-products as raw materials, a new product of microbial fermentation feed can be developed through microbial fermentation technology, which can reduce the cellulose content and increase the protein content in the by-product raw material.Beneficial microorganisms can produce many beneficial substances during growth and metabolism, such as acid protease, cellulase, saccharifying enzyme, vitamin (especially group B), amino acid, organic acid, growth promoting factor, etc.The production of these substances can effectively improve the digestion and absorption rate of animal feed, enhance the ability of animal disease resistance, promote the growth and development of animals, realize the transformation of waste into treasure, and create higher value for enterprises.Through the selection of probiotics, the selection of raw materials for fermented feed, the orientation of culture medium and the determination of production process route, the economic benefits of by-products were improved and feed products with high economic value and rich nutrition were developed.In the process of seed culture, the original seed was preserved, separated, screened and represerved, and the selection of culture medium and the parameters of the culture process were determined, and the research and optimization of the fermentation culture process were carried out.The raw and auxiliary materials used in the culture medium and the technological process parameters were determined, and the economic benefits of the production of feed were determined through the cost accounting of the raw and auxiliary materials.
