抗菌肽的分类、作用机理和在动物生产中的应用

【摘要】:抗菌肽(antimicrobial peptides,AMPs)又称宿主防御肽,是生物界中广泛存在的一类生物活性肽,它是机体先天性免疫系统的重要组成部分,一般由20~60个氨基酸残基组成,结构多样,具有抗细菌、真菌、病毒等多种生物学功能。文章通过抗菌肽的来源、结构与功能对其进行分类,依照抗菌肽对细胞膜的作用和抗菌肽在膜内的作用这两方面,对抗菌肽的作用机理及研究方法加以阐述,同时列举了国内可使用的抗菌肽数据库,依据2015年国内外抗菌肽在动物生产上的研究,介绍了一些可以提高动物生产性能的抗菌肽。
[Abstract]:Antimicrobial peptide (AMPs), also known as host defense peptide, is a kind of biological active peptide widely existing in biological world. It is an important part of the innate immune system of organism. It is generally composed of 20 ~ 60 amino acid residues, and has a variety of structures, and has anti-bacteria and fungi.Viruses and other biological functions.In this paper, the origin, structure and function of antimicrobial peptides were classified. According to the action of antibacterial peptides on cell membrane and the action of antimicrobial peptides in membrane, the mechanism and research methods of antimicrobial peptides were expounded.At the same time, the database of antimicrobial peptides that can be used in China is listed. According to the research on animal production of antimicrobial peptides at home and abroad in 2015, some antimicrobial peptides that can improve the performance of animal production are introduced.
