复合抗菌肽“态康利保”对断奶仔猪体液免疫及细胞因子的影响

【摘要】:试验研究了不同剂量的复合抗菌肽制剂“态康利保”对断奶仔猪体液免疫及细胞因子水平的影响,并探索“态康利保”的最佳添加量及其作用机理,力求找到一种绿色、高效的天然免疫增强剂。试验选取17日龄接种猪瘟兔化弱毒疫苗、21日龄断奶的临床健康且猪瘟抗体水平相近(25日龄检测猪瘟抗体水平)的仔猪90头,随机分为5组。试验期为26-53日龄,Ⅰ组饲喂基础日粮,Ⅱ组在饲料中添加黄芪多糖400mg/kg, Ⅲ、 Ⅳ、Ⅴ组在饲料中分别添加“态康利保'250mg/kg、500mg/kg、1000mg/kg。分别在32日龄、39日龄、46日龄、53日龄每组随机选取6头仔猪前腔静脉采血,分离血清后分别用于猪瘟抗体水平、免疫球蛋白(IgG、IgM、IgA)、总补体(ch50)及细胞因子(IL-2、IL-4、IL-6、IFN-γ、TNF-α)含量的测定。试验结果:(1)“态康利保”和黄芪多糖均能提高猪瘟抗体水平,且“态康利保”维持抗体水平更为持久,以“态康利保”1000mg/kg添加量效果最为明显。(2)“态康利保'1000mg/kg饲料组可明显提高仔猪血清中IgG、IgA及IgM的含量(P0.05或P0.01),且以连续饲喂3周效果最为明显。“态康利保”500mg/kg饲料组与黄芪多糖组均可提高血清IgG含量,但两组差异不明显;“态康利保"500mg/kg饲料组可有效提高血清IgM水平;“态康利保’'1000mg/kg组能较早提高血清Iga含量。 (3)“态康利保”和黄芪多糖均能极显著的提高血清ch50含量(P0.01),且“态康利保”组优于黄芪多糖组,以“态康利保”1000mg/kg添加量最为明显。 (4)“态康利保”可提高血清中Th 1型IL-2、IFN-γ、TNF-α及Th2型IL-4、IL-6含量。“态康利保”1000mg/kg组与对照组相比,可极显著提高血清IL-2、IL-6、IFN-γ和TNF-α含量(P0.01),从39日龄起,“态康利保”1000mg/kg饲料组可显著提高血清IL-4水平(P0.01);黄芪多糖可一定程度提高血清IL-2、IL-4、IL-6、IFN-γ和TNF-α的含量,但效果不及“态康利保”。结论:复合抗菌肽“态康利保”可明显提高断奶仔猪猪瘟抗体水平、免疫球蛋白、总补体ch50、细胞因子的含量,从而提高仔猪的免疫力。以日粮中添加1000mg/kg剂量连续饲喂3周以上效果最佳。
