富锗酵母菌培养物对蛋鸡抗氧化性能及血清生化免疫指标的影响

【摘要】:本试验旨在探究富锗酵母菌培养物对产蛋高峰期的海兰褐壳蛋鸡抗氧化性能、血清生化指标和免疫指标的影响。试验将240只健康无病、日龄及体况较一致的海兰褐壳蛋鸡随机分为对照组和试验组,每组120只,各12个重复,每个重复10只。其中试验组日粮中添加0.2%富锗酵母菌培养物,对照组饲喂基础日粮;预饲期7 d,正式试验42 d。结果显示:与对照组相比,试验组血清中总胆固醇含量降低了17.24%(P0.05);甘油三酯含量降低了19.73%(P0.05);尿素氮含量降低了22.68%(P0.05);IgG含量提高了5.39%(P0.05);SOD活性提高了12.18%(P0.01);MDA活性降低了10.06%(P0.05);蛋鸡肝脏中SOD、GSH-Px活性分别提高了21.46%(P0.01)和11.16%(P0.05);蛋黄中MDA活性降低了17.78%(P0.01)。试验表明:日粮中添加0.2%富锗酵母菌培养物可显著提高蛋鸡抗氧化性能及免疫性能。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this experiment was to investigate the effects of germanium enriched yeast culture on the antioxidant activity, serum biochemical index and immune index of Hailan brown shell laying hens during the peak period of egg production. 240 healthy, disease-free, day-old Hailan brown shell hens were randomly divided into two groups: control group (n = 120) and experimental group (n = 10). In the experiment group, 0.2% germanium enriched yeast culture was added to the diet, while the control group was fed the basal diet, and the pre-feeding period was 7 days, the formal test was 42 days. The results showed that: compared with the control group, In the test group, the total cholesterol content in serum decreased 17.24% P0.05, triglyceride reduced 19.73% P0.05, urea nitrogen decreased 22.68% P0.05G and 5.39% P0.05 + P0.05 + SOD activity increased 12.18% P0.01MDA activity decreased 10.06% P0.05%, the activity of SOD in liver increased 21.4646 P0.05) and 11.16% P0.05, respectively, and the activity of P0.05 in the liver of the control group was increased by 21.46P0.05) and 11.165T, respectively, and the activity of P0.05 in the liver of the test group was increased by 10.06% P0.05, while the activity of SOD in the liver was increased by 21.4646 (P0.01) and 11.16% (P0.05), respectively. The activity of MDA in yellow decreased 17.78% (P 0.01). The results showed that 0.2% germanium enriched yeast culture could significantly improve the antioxidant and immune performance of laying hens.
