木聚糖酶与小刺猴头多糖替代抗生素在肉鸡生产中的应用

【摘要】:本实验在基础日粮中添加木聚糖酶(X1200)与小刺猴头发酵浸膏多糖(HFP),进行42天肉仔鸡喂养实验,于实验第21日与第42日采样,测定肉仔鸡生长性能(平均体重、料重比、屠宰性能、食糜黏度)、肌肉品质(pH、嫩度、色度、水分、系水力、血液指标)、免疫及抗氧化功能(免疫器官指数、血液因子)指标,比较木聚糖酶与小刺猴头发酵浸膏多糖复合饲料添加剂与抗生素在肉仔鸡生产中的应用效果,研究木聚糖酶与小刺猴头发酵浸膏多糖作为替代抗生素饲料添加剂对肉仔鸡饲养的影响,旨在获得一种既能提高肉仔鸡生产性能,又能替代抗生素的安全、绿色复合饲料添加剂。1.通过对木聚糖酶与小刺猴头发酵浸膏多糖复合饲料添加剂替代抗生素对肉仔鸡生长性能的影响研究显示:在整个实验期,X1200+HFP组肉仔鸡平均体重显著高于对照(CK)组(P0.05);胸肌率与腿肌率均显著高于CK组(P0.05);肠道食糜黏度显著低于CK组(P0.05)。在实验期1-21日龄和22-42日龄,与CK组相比较,X1200+HFP组肉仔鸡平均体重分别提高0.89%与10.29%,料重比分别降低3.76%与9.54%,其腹脂率无显著性差异(P0.05)。2.通过对木聚糖酶与小刺猴头发酵浸膏多糖复合饲料添加剂替代抗生素对肉仔鸡肌肉品质的影响研究显示:在整个实验期,X1200+HFP组肉仔鸡肌肉水分显著高于CK组(P0.05);色度L值显著高于CK组(P0.05);48h滴水损失显著低于CK组(P0.05);胆固醇及甘油三酯含量显著低于CK组(P0.05)。木聚糖酶与小刺猴头多糖复合饲料添加剂有显著改善肉仔鸡肌肉系水能力、肌肉水分、胆固醇及甘油三酯含量的功效(P0.05),对肉仔鸡肌肉嫩度、色度及pH有一定改善作用但效果不明显(P0.05)。3.通过对木聚糖酶与小刺猴头发酵浸膏多糖复合饲料添加剂替代抗生素对肉仔鸡免疫及抗氧化功能的影响研究显示:X1200+HFP组肉仔鸡肌免疫器官指数均显著高于CK组(P0.05),肉仔鸡血清中IL-2、IFN-γ、T-SOD、CAT和MDA含量与抗生素影响结果基本一致,无显著性差异(P0.05)。在肉鸡生产中使用木聚糖酶与小刺猴头发酵浸膏多糖复合饲料添加剂替代抗生素,复合饲料添加剂可有效提高肉仔鸡生长性能,在一定程度上改善肉仔鸡肌肉品质,显著提高肉仔鸡免疫器官指数,可起到替代抗生素在肉仔鸡免疫及抗氧化功能中发挥作用。
[Abstract]:In this experiment, we added xylanase (X1200) and yeast extract polysaccharide (HFP) in the basal diet for 42 days of broiler feeding experiment. The growth performance (average weight, material weight ratio, slaughter performance, chying viscosity) and muscle quality (pH, tenderness, color, moisture, water, hydraulic, blood index) were measured on the twenty-first day and forty-second day of the experiment. Immune and antioxidant function (immune organ index, blood factor) index, compare the application effect of xylanase and polysaccharide compound feed additive and antibiotic in the production of broiler, and study the effect of xylanase and little monkey hair leaven extract polysaccharide as substitute antibiotic feed additive on broiler breeding The effect of green compound feed additive.1. on the growth performance of broilers was studied. The study showed that the average body of broilers in group X1200+HFP was in the whole period of the experiment. The effect of green compound feed additive on the growth performance of broilers was studied. Significantly higher than the control group (CK) group (P0.05), the breast muscle rate and the leg muscle rate were significantly higher than that of the CK group (P0.05), and the viscosity of intestinal chic was significantly lower than that of the CK group (P0.05). At 1-21 days of age and 22-42 days of age in the experimental period, the average weight of the broilers in the X1200+HFP group increased by 0.89% and 10.29%, and the weight ratio decreased by 3.76% and 9.54% respectively, and the abdominal fat rate was not significant. The effect of P0.05.2. on the muscle quality of Broilers by the combination of xylanase and little monkey hair leaven compound feed additive to the muscle quality of broilers showed that the muscle moisture of the broilers in the X1200+HFP group was significantly higher than that of the CK group (P0.05) in the whole experimental period, and the L value of the chroma was significantly higher than that of the CK group (P0.05), and the loss of 48h dripping water was significantly lower than that of the CK group. (P0.05); the content of cholesterol and triglyceride was significantly lower than that of group CK (P0.05). The compound feed additive of xylanase and spick Hericium polysaccharide could significantly improve the water ability, muscle moisture, cholesterol and triglyceride content of broiler (P0.05), and had a certain effect on meat tenderness, chroma and pH of broiler, but the effect was not obvious (P0. 05) through the study of the effect of.3. on the immune and antioxidant function of broilers, the study showed that the immune organ index of the X1200+HFP group was significantly higher than that of the CK group (P0.05), and the content of IL-2, IFN- gamma, T-SOD, CAT and MDA in Broiler Serum and the effect of antibiotics Basically, there is no significant difference (P0.05). In the production of broiler, the use of xylanase and the compound feed additive of little monkey hair leaven extract to replace antibiotics, the compound feed additive can effectively improve the growth performance of broilers, improve meat quality of broilers to a certain extent, and significantly improve the immune organ index of broilers. Instead of antibiotics, it plays a role in immune and antioxidant functions of broilers.
