海鲜菇废菌棒混贮料对羔羊生长性能、屠宰性状及肉质的影响

【摘要】:为了研究海鲜菇废菌棒混贮发酵饲料对羔羊生长性能、屠宰性状及肉质的影响,确定适宜混贮比例,选择体重相近、3月龄左右的健康波杂山羊32只,随机分成四组,每组8只,分别饲喂含0%(对照组)、16%、32%、48%海鲜菇废菌棒的混贮饲料,试验期60d。结果表明,试验组Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ羔羊的日增重分别比对照组提高9.52%、19.14%和11.29%(P0.05),每只羊日均利润分别提高0.43元、0.81元和0.69元;与对照组相比,屠宰率、净肉率、眼肌面积等屠宰性能没有显著差异(P0.05);羊肉中粗脂肪含量试验组Ⅱ最高,比对照组高20.1%(P0.05),胆固醇含量分别比对照组降低16.6%、21.3%和27.2%(P0.05),其它营养成份差异不显著(P0.05);羊肉中钙、磷、铜、锰、硒的含量高于对照组,而铁、锌含量低于对照组(P0.05);羊肉中氨基酸除了丝氨酸、脯氨酸含量,试验组Ⅲ低于对照组;试验Ⅰ组缬氨酸低于对照组、蛋氨酸高于对照组外(P0.05),其它氨基酸含量差异不显著(P0.05);油酸含量试验组Ⅱ、Ⅲ分别比对照组高17.3%、13.5%(P0.05),其它脂肪酸差异不显著(P0.05)。因此,利用海鲜菇废菌棒与糟渣类资源混贮发酵后饲喂羔羊行之有效,适宜添加比例以32%为佳。
[Abstract]:In order to study the effect of mixed fermentation feed on growth performance, slaughtering character and meat quality of lamb, 32 healthy Boza goats with similar body weight about 3 months old were selected and randomly divided into four groups, 8 in each group, in order to study the effect of mixed fermentation feed on lamb growth, slaughter characteristics and meat quality.
