大角度翻蛋孵化机的研制及其在鹅种蛋孵化中的应用

【摘要】:针对鹅种蛋设计的新颖大翻蛋角度孵化机,使得种蛋孵化过程翻蛋角度由常规的90°提高到170°左右,并附加其他温湿度及凉蛋控制等技术,对胚蛋更好通风换气。利用大角度翻蛋和常规90°角孵化机孵化扬州鹅、马岗鹅和狮头鹅种蛋,比较对活胚率、孵化率、受精蛋孵化率和弱雏率之间的影响。新颖大角度翻蛋孵化机使扬州鹅种蛋7日胚龄活胚率、15日胚龄活胚率、孵化率和受精蛋孵化率分别提高2.70个百分点(P0.01)、3.31个百分点(P0.05)、3.55个百分点(P0.05)和1.71个百分点(P0.01)。对马岗鹅种蛋7日胚龄活胚率、15日胚龄活胚率、孵化率和受精蛋孵化率无显著影响(P0.05),但较常规孵化机能弱雏率降低1.54个百分点(P0.05)。对于大体型狮头鹅的种蛋,入孵蛋孵化率和受精蛋孵化率分别提高6.11个百分点(P0.05)和7.34个百分点(P0.01),并降低弱雏率2.08个百分点(P0.05)。采用大角度翻蛋孵化机可提高扬州鹅种鹅生产净利润10.3%、狮头鹅种鹅生产净利润16.2%,尤其能提高种鹅反季节繁殖生产的经济效益。
[Abstract]:A novel hatching machine with large egg turning angle was designed for goose egg breeding. The egg turning angle was raised from 90 掳to 170 掳during egg hatching, and other techniques such as temperature, humidity and cool egg control were added to improve the ventilation and ventilation of embryo eggs. Yangzhou Goose, Magang Goose and Lion Goose were incubated with large angle turning egg and conventional 90 掳hatchery machine. The effects of egg breeding on live embryo rate, hatchability rate, fertilized egg hatching rate and weak brooding rate were compared between Yangzhou Goose, Magang Goose and Lion Goose. The rate of live embryo at 7 and 15 days of embryo age, hatching rate and hatching rate of fertilized eggs were increased by 2.70%, 3.31%, 3.55% and 1.71%, respectively. There was no significant effect on the percentage of live embryos at 7 days old, 15 days of embryo age, hatching rate and hatching rate of fertilized eggs, but it was 1.54% lower than that of normal hatching machine. The hatching rate of hatched eggs and the hatching rate of fertilized eggs were increased by 6.11% (P0.05) and 7.34% (P0.01A), respectively, and the weak rate was reduced by 2.08% (P0.05%). The net profit of Yangzhou goose breeding goose can be increased by 10.3 percent, and the net profit of lion head goose breeding goose can be increased by 16.2 percent, especially the economic benefit of cross-season breeding of breeding goose can be improved.
