【摘要】：草原畜牧业是一个集生态、经济、社会和文化的多元化复合产业。目前生产方式的落后和对生态环境的破坏是草原畜牧业发展面临的主要问题。新疆是我国五大牧区之一,畜牧业是新疆农村经济的支柱产业,其发展直接影响到新疆经济发展,农牧民收入和生活水平。阿勒泰地区作为新疆主要的草原畜牧业发展基地之一,同样面临着畜牧业生产方式升级过程中出现的诸多问题。如何利用现有的丰富畜牧业资源,改变传统的经营方式,实现集约化、产业化生产是阿勒泰牧区发展的重大课题之一。畜牧业产业化作为畜牧业现代化的最佳选择,其在提高农牧民家庭收入,发展牧区经济综合效益等方面起到重要作用。因此,要提高该区畜牧业的综合效益,选择畜牧业产业化的模式是当务之急。本文按照理论与实践相结合的办法,总结国内外畜牧业产业化发展主要模式及实践经验,结合阿勒泰地区畜牧业产业化模式的现状及存在的问题,选择适合该区畜牧业产业化的最佳发展模式,并对模式的有效运行提出相应的对策建议。本文分为七章。第一章是导论,其重点在于总结和归纳学者对国内外畜牧业产业化模式的研究现状。第二章是畜牧业产业化模式的相关理论综述,并提出相应的理论依据作为论文撰写的依托。第三章是对阿勒泰地区畜牧业产业化现状做以分析。第四章利用SWOT分析方法分析阿勒泰地区畜牧业优势机遇和劣势威胁,并作出总体评价。第五章是对阿勒泰地区畜牧业产业化过程中存在的问题进行归纳和分析。第六章内根据国内外畜牧业产业化主要发展模式的实践经验,对阿勒泰地区畜牧业产业化模式选择提出建议。第七章是实现该区畜牧产业化模式的主要路径。本文的主要结论为:一是阿勒泰地区畜牧业发展类型属于典型的草原畜牧业,不同于农区畜牧业,又有别于高度工厂化的郊区畜牧业,其饲草来源是天然草场。二是牧区经济发展缓慢,农牧民收入低,牧业本身发展水平不高;草原退化严重,草畜矛盾日益突出。三是有发展畜牧业产业化的潜力。该区资源丰富,产业化生产基础充足,但龙头企业数量极少,经济实力弱;牧民专业合作社数量多,但工作效率不高;资金、技术、管理等方法存在短缺和不足。四是结合上述该区畜牧业产业化模式现状,得出阿勒泰地区适合选择以“公司+合作社+农户”复合型模式为主体的多种畜牧业产业化模式。五是生态畜牧业产业化发展模式是阿勒泰地区畜牧业产业化的发展方向,其中家庭畜牧业,生产基地组建、饲草料基地建设,政府、龙头企业、合作社是该模式有效运行的保障。
[Abstract]:Grassland animal husbandry is a pluralistic and complex industry which integrates ecological, economic, social and cultural. At present, the backward production mode and the destruction of the ecological environment are the main problems facing the development of grassland animal husbandry. Xinjiang is one of the five major pastoral areas in China. Animal husbandry is the pillar industry of the rural economy in Xinjiang, and its development has a direct impact on the economy of Xinjiang. Development, the income and living standard of the farmers and herdsmen. As one of the main grassland animal husbandry development bases in Xinjiang, Aletai is also faced with many problems in the process of upgrading animal husbandry production. How to make use of the existing abundant animal husbandry resources to change the traditional management formula and realize the intensive production, and the industrialization production is the Aletai animal husbandry. The industrialization of animal husbandry is the best choice for the modernization of animal husbandry. It plays an important role in raising the income of the farmers and herdsmen and developing the comprehensive benefit of the pastoral economy. Therefore, it is urgent to improve the comprehensive benefit of the animal husbandry in this area and choose the model of the production of animal husbandry. Combined with practice, the main model and practical experience of the development of livestock industry at home and abroad are summarized, and the best development mode suitable for the industrialization of animal husbandry in this area is selected according to the current situation and existing problems of the animal husbandry industrialization in Aletai area, and the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for the effective transportation of the animal husbandry in this area. This paper is divided into seven chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, which focuses on summarizing and summarizing the research status of domestic and foreign animal husbandry industrialization. The second chapter is the related theory of animal husbandry industrialization, and the corresponding theoretical basis as the backing of the paper. The third chapter is the analysis of the present situation of the livestock industry in Aletai District. The fourth chapter The SWOT analysis method is used to analyze the advantage opportunity and disadvantage threat of animal husbandry in Aletai and make a general evaluation. The fifth chapter is to summarize and analyze the problems in the process of livestock industrialization in Aletai area. In the sixth chapter, according to the practical experience of the main development model of livestock industrialization at home and abroad, the animal husbandry in Aletai area is made. The seventh chapter is the main path to realize the model of animal husbandry industrialization in this area. The main conclusions of this paper are as follows: first, the development type of animal husbandry in Aletai area belongs to the typical grassland animal husbandry, which is different from the animal husbandry in the agricultural region, and is different from the highly industrialized suburban animal husbandry, and the source of the forage is natural grassland. The two is that the economic development of pastoral areas is slow, the income of the farmers and herdsmen is low, the development level of the animal husbandry is not high, the grassland degradation is serious, the contradiction between the livestock and livestock is increasingly prominent. The three is the potential for developing the industrialization of animal husbandry. The efficiency is not high; funds, technology, management and other methods are short and insufficient. Four, combining the present situation of the animal husbandry industrialization model in the above area, we can draw a conclusion that the Aletai area is suitable to choose a variety of animal husbandry industrialization mode which is the main body of "company + cooperatives + farmer". The five is the development model of ecological animal husbandry industrialization is Aletai.
