高能光电除臭设备在猪舍中应用效果的研究

【摘要】:本研究旨在探讨高能光电除臭设备在猪舍中的应用效果。高能光电除臭设备在猪舍中的试验性研究:试验选择60日龄的育肥猪,随机分为三组,每组12头,3个重复,分别饲养在规格相同的舍间。1组作对照组(不使用高能光电除臭设备),2、3组作试验组(使用高能光电除臭设备),2组在一天中的三个时间段(8:00、14:00、20:00)分别运行15分钟;3组在一天的五个时间段(8:00、11:00、14:00、17:00、20:00)分别运行15分钟。试验分两个阶段进行,分别测定8:00、14:00、20:00以及24h内的有害气体、微粒含量,同时记录其生产性能和健康状况;并在试验开始与结束时测定微生物浓度。结果表明:在试验的全阶段,各组间的温度、湿度和风速无显著性差异(P0.05)。空气中的NH3浓度在两阶段试验组均低于对照组,尤其是在8:00、14:00、20:00,第2、3组的平均浓度显著低于对照组(P0.05);CO2浓度各组间无显著差异(P0.05);微粒含量2、3组均显著低于对照组(P0.05);而2、3组间差异不显著(P0.05)。微生物浓度试验结束时2、3组均比对照组显著降低(P0.05),分别降低43.29%、54.79%。试验前期各组间的平均日采食量、日增重、料肉比均无显著性差异(P0.05),但在试验后期试验1组和2组的平均采食量和日增重呈现升高的趋势;高能光电除臭设备对猪只的健康产生很大的影响,各种疾病的发生率对照组、试验1组和2组分别为27%、18.9%、16.2%。高能光电除臭设备在猪舍中的实际的应用效果:在7、14、21、28d时,试验组的氨气浓度显著低于对照组的氨气浓度(P0.05),分别下降35.78%、40.54%、41.56%、39.20%。在7、14、21、28d时,试验组微生物含量分别下降13.64%、20.79%、26.32%、26.58%。在试验的第14、21、28d时,试验组微粒含量显著低于对照组(P0.05),并分别降低40.82%、49.34%、56.40%。高能光电除臭设备可有效降低NH3、微粒含量和微生物含量,提高空气质量,降低猪的发病率,提高其健康水平。因此高能光电除臭设备能够用于实际的生产中,可以达到净化畜舍空气的效果。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study was to investigate the application effect of high energy photoelectric deodorization equipment in pig house. Experimental study of High Energy photoelectric deodorization equipment in Pig House: the experiment selected 60 days old fattening pigs, randomly divided into three groups, each group 12, 3 repeat, Room .1 of the same size served as the control group (no high-energy photoelectric deodorant equipment was used as the experimental group) (using the high-energy photoelectricity deodorizing equipment in three times of the day), the control group was operated for 15 minutes and the other three groups were in the same time period of the day. Each of the five hours of the day runs for 15 minutes, at 11: 00, 14: 00, 17: 00, 20: 00. The experiment was carried out in two stages. The harmful gases and particulate contents of 8: 0014: 0020: 00 and 24 hours were measured, and their production performance and health were recorded, and the microbial concentrations were measured at the beginning and the end of the experiment. The results showed that there was no significant difference in temperature, humidity and wind speed among the groups in the whole phase of the experiment. The concentration of NH3 in the air was lower in the two-stage test group than in the control group. Especially at 8: 00, 14: 00, 20: 00, the average concentration of CO2 in the second group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P 0.05), and the particle content in group 2 was significantly lower than that in the control group (P 0.05), but there was no significant difference between group 2 and group 2 (P 0.05). At the end of the microbial concentration test, the levels of P0.05U and 43.29 were significantly lower in the two groups than in the control group. There was no significant difference in average daily intake, daily gain and feed / meat ratio among the groups in the early stage of the experiment. However, the average daily intake and daily gain of group 1 and group 2 showed an increasing trend in the later stage of the experiment. The health of pigs was greatly affected by high energy photoelectricity deodorization equipment. The incidence of various diseases in the control group was 2718.916.2g in group 1 and group 2, respectively. The practical application effect of high energy photoelectricity deodorizing equipment in pig house: after 28 days, the concentration of ammonia in the test group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P 0.05), and the concentration of ammonia in the test group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P 0.05). The microbial content of the experimental group decreased 13.64 ~ 20.79 and 26.32 ~ 26.58 respectively at the time of 28 days. At the 14th day of the experiment, the particle content of the test group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P 0.05N), and the content of the particles in the test group was decreased by 40.82% and 49.34g / 56.40, respectively. High energy photoelectric deodorization equipment can effectively reduce NH _ 3, microorganism and particulate content, improve air quality, reduce the incidence of pigs and improve their health level. Therefore, high-energy photoelectric deodorization equipment can be used in practical production, can achieve the effect of purifying the air of livestock house.
