西藏地区不同牧草体外发酵特性研究

【摘要】:本文旨在利用体外产气法评定西藏地区不同牧草营养价值。选取西藏地区5种常见牧草,通过单因素试验设计,利用体外产气法评定5种牧草体外发酵48 h累积产气量、理论最大产气量(V_f)、初始产气速率(FRD_0)、达到最大产气量一半时所需时间(t_(0.5))、体外干物质消失率(IVDMD)、体外中性洗涤纤维消失率(IVNDFD)、p H、氨态氮(NH_3-N)浓度以及挥发性脂肪酸(VFA)产量。结果表明,体外发酵48 h后,苇状羊茅体外48 h累积产气量、V_f、FRD_0、IVDMD及甲烷(CH_4)、乙酸、丙酸、丁酸和总VFA产量均显著高于其他4种牧草(P0.05),但其体外发酵p H及乙酸/丙酸显著低于其他4种牧草(P0.05);紫花苜蓿体外NH_3-N浓度最高,显著高于其他4种牧草(P0.05)。综上分析,苇状羊茅体外发酵效果最佳,与其他试验牧草相比,更容易被瘤胃微生物降解利用。
[Abstract]:The aim of this paper is to evaluate the nutritional value of different forages in Tibet by in vitro gas production. Five common forage grasses in Tibet were selected and the accumulative gas production of 5 species of forage grass was evaluated by the method of gas production in vitro for 48 h by single factor experimental design. The theoretical maximum gas production rate and initial gas production rate are: FRD0, the time required to reach half of the maximum gas production, the rate of disappearance of dry matter in vitro, the vanishing rate of IVNDFDN, the concentration of NH _ 3-N _ 3-NFAs and the production of volatile fatty acid (VFAs). The results showed that after 48 h fermentation in vitro, the accumulative gas production of Reed fescue in vitro was VfD / FRDMD and Ch _ 4, acetic acid, propionic acid, Ch _ 4, acetic acid and propionic acid. The yield of butyric acid and total VFA was significantly higher than that of the other four forages, but the in vitro ferment pH and acetic acid / propionic acid were significantly lower than those of the other four forages, and the concentration of NH_3-N in vitro was the highest in alfalfa, which was significantly higher than that of the other four forages. The results showed that fescue had the best fermentation effect in vitro and was more easily degraded by rumen than other experimental forages.
