苦荬菜越年生长现象剖析及青贮技术研究

【摘要】:苦荬菜种植田在第二年春季未播种的情况下仍出现呈条播状、出苗整齐且具有较发达根系植株的现象。为了探究该现象是否由于蒙早苦荬菜品种发生变异,从而导致一年生苦荬菜繁生出越年生苦荬菜,本研究以蒙早苦荬菜(Lactucaindica.Cv.Mengzao)为研究对象,分别从农艺性状、叶片分布、营养成分、种子活力及根系特性几个方面对当年种植及疑似越年生的苦荬菜植株进行比较分析。研究结果发现,从根系越年返青后的活力上来看,蒙早苦荬菜不具备越年生特性。在苦荬菜田内发现的疑似越年生植株实际为秋季种子自然落粒形成的宿存根早春返青后形成的植株。在苦荬菜种植过程中发现,其植株有黄花、白花之分。为了确定不同花色苦荬菜在利用过程中是否存在差异,针对不同花色蒙早苦荬菜的农艺性状、叶片分布及营养成分等方面进行对比,结果表明不同花色苦荬菜在利用过程中不存在显著差异。为进一步对蒙早苦荬菜加以利用,本论文采用青贮塑料袋模拟青贮方式,探索蒙早苦荬菜的最适青贮加工技术。本研究通过新鲜苦荬菜直接青贮、苦荬菜预干后青贮以及将新鲜苦荬菜与预干苦荬菜分别与全株玉米按不同比例(1:1、1:2、1:3、2:1、3:1)混合青贮等不同青贮方式,分别测定不同处理的营养品质及发酵品质。结果表明:预干处理未显著改善苦荬菜青贮饲料品质;新鲜苦荬菜与全株玉米最适的混合青贮比例为1:2;预干苦荬菜与全株玉米最适的混合青贮比例为1:3。
[Abstract]:Under the condition of no seeding in the second spring, Ixeris indica was still in the form of strip seeding, the emergence of plantlets was neat and had more developed root plants. In order to find out whether this phenomenon is caused by the variation of Lactucaindica.Cv.Mengzao. in order to find out whether the variation of Lactucaindica.Cv.Mengzaois is the reason of the variety variation of Lactucaindica.Cv.Mengzao. in this study, the characters of agronomic characters, leaf distribution and nutrient composition were studied in Lactucaindica.Cv.Mengzao. Seed vigor and root system characteristics were compared between current year planting and suspected annual plantlets of Ixeris indica. The results showed that Ixeris mongolicus did not possess the characteristics of annual growth from the point of view of the vigor of roots returning to green. The suspected annual plants found in the field of Ixeris indica L. were actually the plants formed by natural seed falling in autumn after returning to green in early spring. It was found that there were yellow flowers and white flowers in the plant of Ixeris indica. In order to determine whether there are differences in the process of utilization of Ixeris indica, the agronomic characters, leaf distribution and nutrient composition of Ixeris indica var. mongolica were compared. The results showed that there was no significant difference in the utilization of Ixeris indica. In order to make further use of Ixeris mongolica, the silage plastic bag was used to simulate the silage to explore the optimum silage processing technology of Ixeris mongolicus. In this study, different silage methods such as direct silage of fresh Ixeris indica, pre-drying silage of Ixeris indica and mixed silage of fresh Ixeris indica and Ixeris indica with whole corn in different proportion (1: 1: 1: 1: 1: 1: 2: 1: 1: 3: 1) were used in this study. The nutritional quality and fermentation quality of different treatments were determined. The results showed that the quality of silage of Ixeris indica was not significantly improved by pre-drying treatment, the optimum ratio of mixed silage of fresh Ixeris indica and whole corn was 1: 2, and the optimum ratio of mixed silage of predried Ixeris indica and whole corn was 1: 3.
