中药治疗鸡传染性喉气管炎的疗效观察

【摘要】：目的:研究中药治疗鸡传染性喉气管炎的疗效观察,探究鸡传染性喉气管炎的有效科学的方法。方法:以2013年2月~2016年2月来寻求治疗的1200例鸡传染性喉气管炎的鸡群,按照随机分配的原则,分为对照组和实验组,每组600例,对照组使用青霉素进行治疗,实验组采用中药治疗方法对鸡传染性喉气管炎进行治疗,主要用药为中药配方,对比并观察两组鸡群的治疗效果。结果:实验组鸡群的鸡传染性喉气管炎的治疗治愈率为95%,对照组鸡群的治疗治愈率为80%,两组之间对比有统计学差异(P0.05)。观察组具体情况显示患病鸡群在用药治疗后的第4天,鸡群的病情出现大幅度的转归,主要临床表现为鸡群的咳嗽变轻、摄食量上升,精神状态好转。在用药治疗的一周之后,鸡群的大部分的病鸡咳嗽哮喘的表现消失,精神状态正常,摄食正常,只有一小部分还存在咳嗽的临床表现。结论:中药喉喘宁对治疗鸡传染性喉气管炎的应用效果良好,可在鸡传染性气管炎的防治中进行推广和应用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine on infectious laryngotracheitis of chicken and to explore the effective and scientific method of infectious laryngotracheitis. Methods: 1200 chickens with infectious laryngotracheitis from February 2013 to February 2016 were divided into control group and experimental group according to the principle of random distribution. The control group was treated with penicillin. The experimental group used traditional Chinese medicine to treat infectious laryngotracheitis of chicken. Results: the cure rate of infectious laryngotracheitis was 95% in the experimental group and 80% in the control group (P 0.05). The specific situation of the observation group showed that the disease of the sick chicken herd in the 4th day after treatment, the disease of the chicken herd showed a great change, the main clinical manifestation was that the cough of the chickens became lighter, the intake increased, and the mental state improved. After one week of treatment, the symptoms of cough and asthma disappeared in most of the chickens, their mental state was normal, their food intake was normal, and only a small number of them still had the clinical manifestations of cough. Conclusion: the Chinese herbal medicine Hetanling has a good effect on the treatment of infectious laryngotracheitis, and can be popularized and applied in the prevention and treatment of chicken infectious tracheitis.
