猪葡萄球菌的分离鉴定及其脱落素的研究

【摘要】:为了解患渗出性皮炎仔猪中猪葡萄球菌内表皮脱落素的流行情况,采集2个猪场(A场和B场)29头患病猪的痂皮、痂皮下渗出液共48份,进行了猪葡萄球菌的分离鉴定及其脱落素基因的检测。结果显示,48份样品中共分离到29株含脱落素基因的葡萄球菌,经生化鉴定和Gap基因测序分析,表明所有菌株均属于猪葡萄球菌。其中,A场和B场分离的猪葡萄球菌脱落素检出率分别为93.3%和64.3%;A场可检出Exh A、Exh C、Exh D和Shet A共4种脱落素基因,B场可检出Exh A、Exh D和Shet A共3种脱落素基因,但Shet A的检出率在2个猪场中均为最高且与其他3种脱落素大量共存,共存率在A场和B场分别为61.5%和70.0%。2个猪场中痂皮源葡萄球菌中脱落素检出率均高于皮下渗出液,脱落素与渗出性皮炎病具有较高的相关性,其检出率受到2个猪场不同的饲养环境和采样部位的影响,Shet A的高检出率与其他脱落素共存的情况,提示该毒素可能广泛参与了猪葡萄球菌的致病作用。
[Abstract]:In order to understand the prevalence of epidermal abscisic hormone in swine staphylococcus in piglets suffering from exudative dermatitis, 48 samples of epidermal exudate were collected from 29 infected pigs in two pig farms (field A and B). Isolation and identification of porcine staphylococcus and detection of abscisic gene were carried out. The results showed that 29 strains of Staphylococcus containing abscisic gene were isolated from 48 samples. Biochemical identification and Gap gene sequencing showed that all strains belonged to staphylococcus porcine. The detectable rate of abscisic hormone isolated from field A and field B was 93.3% and 64.3%, respectively. Four abscisic genes (Exh AhD and Shet A) were detected in field A and Shet A, respectively. But the detection rate of Shet A was the highest in two pig farms and coexisted with the other three abscisic substances. The coexisting rate was 61.5% in field A and 70.0.2% in field B, respectively. The detection rate of abscisic in Staphylococcus callus was higher than that in subcutaneous exudate. There was a high correlation between abscisic hormone and exudative dermatitis. The positive rate of shet A was affected by the different feeding environment and sampling site in two pig farms, and the high rate of Shet A coexisted with other exudative dermatitis. These results suggest that the toxin may be involved in the pathogenicity of Staphylococcus suis.
