围产前期添加阴离子盐和中草药对奶牛初乳品质的影响

【摘要】:本试验旨在研究产前21 d添加阴离子盐、中草药对围产期荷斯坦奶牛初乳品质的影响。选择健康、体重(550±55.0)kg、2~4胎、预产期相近、体况评分为3.25~3.5的荷斯坦奶牛24头,随机分为4组,分别为基础日粮组、阴离子盐组、中草药组和组合添加组,每组6个重复,每个重复1头。试验期为预产期前21 d至产前1 d。结果表明:与对照组相比,阴离子盐、中草药和组合添加组均能显著提高初乳中的乳蛋白、乳糖和总乳固形物的含量(P0.05);中草药组与组合添加组日粮能显著提升初乳中的乳脂肪含量(P0.05);组合添加组初乳中的Ig G含量显著高于对照组(P0.05)。结果显示,围产期奶牛日粮中添加阴离子盐和中草药能显著改善初乳品质。
[Abstract]:The aim of this study was to study the effect of 21 d anionic salts on the quality of colostrum in perinatal Holstein cows. Select healthy, body weight (550 + 55) kg, 2~4 fetus, pre birth date and 24 Holstein cows with a body condition of 3.25~3.5, which were randomly divided into 4 groups: basal diet group, anionic salt group, Chinese herbal medicine group and combination addition group. The experimental period was 21 d before the pre production period and 1 D. before the prenatal period. The results showed that the content of milk protein, lactose and total lactate (P0.05) in colostrum could be significantly increased by the anionic salt, Chinese herbal medicine and combination group, and the diet of Chinese herb medicine group and combination addition group could significantly increase the milk fat in colostrum compared with the control group. The content of the fat (P0.05), the content of Ig G in the colostrum of the combination group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P0.05). The results showed that the addition of anionic salt and Chinese herbal medicine in the diet of perinatal cows could significantly improve the quality of colostrum.
