乳酸菌和酵母菌复合菌剂对肉仔鸡生长性能、肠道健康和免疫性能的影响

【摘要】:本试验通过在饲粮中添加0.1%乳酸菌和酵母菌复合菌剂、维吉尼亚霉素,研究其对艾拔益加肉仔鸡(AA)生产性能、屠宰性能、肉品质、肠道健康、血清生化指标、抗氧化能力和机体免疫能力的影响,为在肉仔鸡生产中使用该复合菌剂提供科学依据。选取400只1日龄健康AA肉仔鸡公雏,根据体重相近的原则分为4个处理,每处理5个重复。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,3个试验组分别饲喂在基础饲粮基础上添加30 mg/kg维吉尼亚霉素(VM30)、15 mg/kg维吉尼亚霉素+0.1%乳酸菌和酵母菌复合菌剂(VM15+LY1)、0.1%乳酸菌和酵母菌复合菌剂(LY1)的试验饲粮。试验分为前期(1~21 d)和后期(22~42 d),共42 d。结果表明:1)与对照组相比,VM30、VM15+LY1和LY1组肉仔鸡42 d体重均显著提高(P0.05),且VM15+LY1组显著高于LY1和VM30组(P0.05)。后期,与对照和VM30组相比,VM15+LY1和LY1组的平均日增重(ADG)显著提高(P0.05);VM15+LY1和LY1组的料重比(F/G)显著低于对照组(P0.05)。全期,与对照组相比,试验组ADG显著提高(P0.05),且VM15+LY1组显著高于VM30和LY1组;VM15+LY1和LY1组F/G显著降低(P0.05)。2)试验组42 d胸肌率显著高于对照组(P0.05),且VM15+LY1组的42 d全净膛率显著高于对照组(P0.05)。3)与对照组相比,3个试验组的45 min内胸肌的红度显著升高(P0.05),LY1组的24 h红度值显著升高(P0.05)。4)与对照组相比,21 d,LY1组的空肠绒毛高度、十二指肠和空肠的绒毛高度/隐窝深度显著提高(P0.05),空肠隐窝深度显著降低(P0.05);VM15+LY1组的回肠绒毛高度/隐窝深度显著升高(P0.05)。42 d,VM15+LY1和LY1组十二指肠和空肠绒毛高度及绒毛高度/隐窝深度显著提高(P0.05)。5)42 d,与对照组相比,VM15+LY1组和LY1组的盲肠大肠杆菌数量和大肠杆菌/乳酸菌显著降低(P0.05)。6)42 d,与对照组相比,VM15+LY1组和LY1组的血清总蛋白含量显著升高(P0.05)。7)21 d,与对照组相比,3个试验组肉仔鸡血清中丙二醛显著降低;VM15+LY1组和LY1组肉仔鸡血清中谷胱甘肽过氧化物含量显著升高(P0.05)。42 d,与对照组相比,VM15+LY1组和LY1组肉仔鸡血清中总超氧化物歧化酶和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性显著升高(P0.05),丙二醛含量显著降低(P0.05),VM15+LY1组总抗氧化能力显著高于其他组(P0.05)。8)42 d,与对照组相比,VM15+LY1组和LY1组肉仔鸡的脾脏指数有升高趋势(P0.05)。9)21 d,与对照组相比,VM15+LY1组和LY1组肉仔鸡血清IgG含量显著升高(P0.05),LY1组IgA含量显著升高(P0.05);42 d,与对照组相比,VM15+LY1组和LY1组肉仔鸡血清IgG含量显著升高(P0.05),LY1组IgA和IgM显著升高(P0.05)。综上,0.1%乳酸菌和酵母菌复合菌剂及其与维吉尼亚霉素联合使用均能明显改善肠道健康和提高免疫力,促进肉仔鸡生长。
[Abstract]:In this experiment, the production performance, slaughter performance, meat quality, intestinal health, serum biochemistry index of vergeniamycin were studied by adding 0.1% lactic acid bacteria and yeast compound bacteria to diet. The effects of antioxidant ability and immune ability provide scientific basis for the use of the compound bacteria in broiler production. 400 1-day-old healthy AA broilers were divided into 4 treatments with 5 replicates per treatment according to the principle of similar body weight. The control group was fed with basic diet, and the three experimental groups were fed with VM15 LY1 + VM15 LY1 + LY1 + VM15 LY1 + VM15 LY1 + VM15 LY1 + VM15 LY1 + VM15 LY1 + VM15 LY1 + VM15 LY1 + VM15 LY1 + VM15 LY1 + VM15 LY1 + VM15 LY1 + VM15 LY1 + VM15 LY1 for 15 mg/kg respectively. The experiment was divided into two groups: early stage (21 d) and anaphase (22 min 42 d), with a total of 42 d. The results showed that compared with the control group, the weight of broilers in VM30 VM15 LY1 and LY1 groups increased significantly at 42 days, and the body weight in VM15 LY1 group was significantly higher than that in LY1 and VM30 groups. In the later stage, compared with the control and VM30 groups, the average daily gain (ADG) of VM15 LY1 and LY1 groups was significantly higher than that of control group (P 0.05) and that of LY1 group (F / G) was significantly lower than that of control group (P 0.05). For the whole period, compared with the control group, ADG in the trial group was significantly higher than that in the VM30 and LY1 groups, and the ratio of pectoralis muscle in the VM15 LY1 group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P 0.05), and in the VM15 LY1 group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P 0.05. 3) and in the control group, the rate of pectoralis muscle in 42 days was significantly higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05. 3) and that in the LY1 group was significantly lower than that in the control group. Compared with the control group, the red degree of pectoralis muscle in the three experimental groups increased significantly at 45 min. The 24 h red value of P0.05 LY1 group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P 0.05). The height of jejunum villi in the 21 d LY1 group was significantly higher than that in the control group. The villus height / crypt depth of duodenum and jejunum increased significantly, while the depth of jejunal crypt decreased significantly in P0.05VM15 LY1 group. The ileal villus height / crypt depth increased significantly in P0.05 / VM15 LY1 group. The villi height and chorion height of duodenum and jejunum in LY1 group and LY1 group were significantly increased. The hair height / crypt depth increased significantly for 42 days. Compared with the control group, the number of Escherichia coli and Escherichia coli / lactic acid bacteria in the caecum of VM15 LY1 group and LY1 group decreased significantly for 42 days. Compared with the control group, the serum total protein content of VM15 LY1 group and LY1 group was significantly decreased. Compared with the control group, the malondialdehyde (MDA) in the serum of the three experimental groups decreased significantly, the content of glutathione peroxide in the serum of the broilers in the VM15 LY1 group and the LY1 group was significantly higher than that in the control group for 21 days, and the content of glutathione peroxide in the serum of the broilers in the VM15 LY1 group and the LY1 group was significantly higher than that in the control group. Total superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH) activity in serum of broilers increased significantly (P 0.05N), and the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) decreased significantly. The total antioxidant capacity of VM15 LY1 group was significantly higher than that of other groups (P0.05G 路80.42 d). Compared with the control group, VM15 LY1 group and LY1 group had significantly higher total antioxidant capacity. Compared with the control group, the serum IgG content in the VM15 LY1 group and the LY1 group was significantly higher than that in the control group. The content of IgA in the P0.05 + LY1 group was significantly higher than that in the control group for 42 days. Compared with the control group, the content of serum IgG in the VM15 LY1 group and LY1 group was significantly higher than that in the control group. The levels of IgA and IgM in group P0.05 and LY1 were significantly higher than those in group P0.05. The combination of 0.1% lactic acid bacteria and yeast and its combination with Virginiamycin could significantly improve intestinal health and immunity and promote the growth of broilers.
