南方林下饲用植物蠕变压制及其应用研究

【摘要】:近年来,随着我国经济的快速发展,中国南方林下经济产业取得了蓬勃的发展,向社会提供了源源不断的绿色林产品和生态产品。目前,我国草饲料需求量正在逐年增加,但我国林草产业远未达到应有的水平,还不能满足市场需求,导致实际产量与市场需求量相差较远,我国仍需从国外进口草饲料产品。尤其是我国南方地区,饲草种植分散,饲草加工设备较少,规模化生产难以实现,大部分饲草得不到有效利用。本文紧密结合国家林业公益性行业科研专项“南方林下饲用植物开发利用关键技术研究(No.201204610)”和湖南省科技厅科技计划重点项目“南方林下饲用植物压块机研制及应用(No.2014NK2005)”开展研究,通过对林下饲用植物的饲草压制加工技术、产品品质鉴定技术、饲草压块过程流变学研究和动物喂饲配方等方面的系统研究,为南方林草产业发展提供了有力的理论依据和实验支撑,具有重要的科学价值和应用前景。本文主要研究工作及创新性成果如下:首先,对南方林下饲用植物压制工艺进行了探索研究。从南方林下饲草的干燥过程、压块参数设置、草块贮藏方式等方面进行了实验研究和数据分析。实验表明在100℃采用烘干箱法烘干速率最快,压扁茎杆后所得到的干草质量最好,并得到了最优压块参数设置结果,贮藏方法上真空贮藏效果最好。同时我们可以采用微波炉法代替烘箱法进行饲草含水率的测定,并将多种干燥方法结合使用以对新鲜刈割的饲草进行干燥,将饲草粉碎压块也可显著增大草块密度,改善饲草成品喂饲口感。其次,对压块前后及贮藏半年后的六种南方林下饲用植物及饲草产品进行了连续营养成份测定,研究表明压块前后南方林下饲用植物营养成份变化不大,但贮藏半年后其营养成份含量有所降低,6种林下饲用植物的营养价值大小依次为:三叶草红薯藤玉米草黑麦草苏丹草百喜草。在此基础上,研制出24个动物用精饲料喂饲配方和6个牛、羊用粗饲料配方,并申请获批企业标准1个。再次,对不同压块压强及不同压块温度下红薯藤与百喜草压缩蠕变过程进行了研究,发现[M]|[N]流变模型能较好的拟合蠕变过程,利用Origin7.5进行拟合,拟合曲线与实验曲线的决定系数(R2)均在0.95以上,并得到了不同压块压强和不同压块温度下红薯藤与百喜草的压缩蠕变本构方程。最后,本文讨论了蠕变实验与松弛实验的等价性,通过不同压块压强下红薯藤与百喜草蠕变曲线推导出红薯藤与百喜草在一定应变条件下的松弛曲线。本文研究结果对规模化开发林下经济资源、择优种植林下饲草、草块流变压制工艺、饲草营养成份测试分析及动物喂饲配方应用研究等方面进行了有益探索,具有明显的社会经济效益和广阔的开发应用前景。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of China's economy, the economic industry under forest in southern China has made vigorous development, providing a continuous stream of green forest products and ecological products to the society. At present, the demand for grass fodder in China is increasing year by year, but the forestry and grass industry in our country is far from meeting the market demand, which leads to the difference between the actual output and the market demand, and our country still needs to import forage products from abroad. Especially in southern China, forage grass planting is scattered, forage processing equipment is less, scale production is difficult to realize, most forage grass can not be effectively utilized. This paper closely combines with the national forestry public welfare industry scientific research project "the Research on the key Technology of the Development and Utilization of Southern Forest fodder Plant No. 201204610" and the key Project of Science and Technology Plan of Hunan Provincial Science and Technology Department "the Development of Southern Forest undergrowth Plant Press" and Application No. 2014NK2005) " The systematic research on forage processing technology, product quality identification technology, rheology study of forage block process and animal feeding formula of undergrowth forage plants were carried out. It provides a strong theoretical basis and experimental support for the development of forestry and grass industry in southern China, and has important scientific value and application prospect. The main research work and innovative achievements are as follows: firstly, the forage plant suppression technology of southern forest was studied. The experiment and data analysis were carried out on the drying process of forage under southern forest, the setting of block pressing parameters and the storage mode of grass block.
