饲粮添加单月桂酸甘油酯对蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质、血清生化指标、免疫器官指数和腹脂形态的影响

【摘要】:为研究饲粮添加单月桂酸甘油酯(GML)对蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质、血清生化指标、免疫器官指数和腹脂形态的影响,以44周龄海兰褐蛋鸡为研究对象,在饲粮中添加150、300和450 mg/kg GML饲喂8周后分析蛋鸡相关指标的变化。结果表明,与对照组相比,饲粮添加300和450 mg/kg GML可以提高蛋鸡产蛋率、血清中超氧化物歧化酶和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶的活力(P0.05),同时显著降低血清中丙氨酸氨基转移酶的活力,丙二醛、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇和总胆红素的含量以及腹脂率(P0.05)。饲粮添加300 mg/kg GML可以显著提高鸡蛋蛋白高度、哈氏单位和蛋黄颜色(P0.05)。饲粮添加450 mg/kg GML还可以显著提高血清中总蛋白和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇的含量(P0.05),同时显著降低蛋鸡血清中天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶活力(P0.05)。此外,饲粮添加GML可以显著降低蛋鸡料蛋比和血清中甘油三酯的含量以及脂肪细胞的平均面积、平均周长和平均体积(P0.05),显著提高蛋鸡单个蛋重、脾脏指数和胸腺指数(P0.05)。总体来看,饲喂GML对提高蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质、抗氧化能力和免疫功能,改善蛋鸡脂肪代谢和健康状况具有积极的作用。
[Abstract]:In order to study the effects of dietary supplementation of glycerol monolaurate (GML) on performance, egg quality, serum biochemical index, immune organ index and abdominal fat morphology of laying hens, the 44-week-old Hailan brown laying hens were studied. The changes of relative indexes of laying hens were analyzed after feeding for 8 weeks with 150300 and 450 mg/kg GML in diet. The results showed that compared with the control group, dietary supplementation of 300 and 450 mg/kg GML could increase laying rate, increase the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione peroxidase (Glutathione peroxidase) in serum and decrease the activity of serum alanine aminotransferase (alt). The contents of malondialdehyde (MDA), total cholesterol (TC), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) and total bilirubin (Tbilirubin), and the abdominal fat rate (P0.05@@ The egg protein height was significantly increased by adding 300 mg/kg GML to the diet. The contents of serum total protein and high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) and aspartate aminotransferase (AST) activity in laying hens were significantly decreased by adding 450 mg/kg GML to diet. In addition, diet supplemented with GML could significantly decrease the feed to egg ratio, triglyceride content in serum, average area of fat cells, average circumference and average volume of P0.05, and significantly increase the weight of single egg, spleen index and thymus index of laying hens. In general, feeding GML can improve the performance, egg quality, antioxidant ability and immune function of laying hens, and improve the fat metabolism and health status of laying hens.
