【摘要】:本试验旨在研究保育料中添加酶菌复合制剂对断奶仔猪生长性能、肠道微生物和血清免疫指标的影响。试验选择108头健康的33日龄杜×长×大三元杂交仔猪,随机分为3组,每组6个重复,每重复6头仔猪(公、母各半)。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,抗生素组饲喂基础饲粮+100 mg/kg杆菌肽锌+50 mg/kg硫酸粘杆菌素+100 mg/kg喹乙醇;酶菌复合制剂组饲喂基础饲粮+0.5 g/kg酶菌复合制剂(啤酒酵母菌、地衣芽孢杆菌、碱性蛋白酶等)。结果表明:酶菌复合制剂对断奶仔猪的末重、平均日增重、平均日采食量和饲料转化率没有显著影响(P0.05);酶菌复合制剂组与对照组相比肠道乳酸菌含量增加,大肠杆菌含量降低,但各组间差异不显著(P0.05);酶菌复合制剂组球蛋白含量显著高于对照组(P0.05),白蛋白/球蛋白显著低于对照组(P0.05),胰岛素样生长因子-1含量显著高于其他组(P0.05),血清总蛋白和免疫球蛋白Ig G有增加趋势(0.05≤P0.01)。综上所述,饲料中添酶菌复合制剂对断奶仔猪生长性能及肠道微生物没有显著影响,但能影响部分血清生化及免疫指标,在一定程度上提高了断奶仔猪的免疫力。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this experiment was to study the effect of enzyme bacteria compound preparation on growth performance, intestinal microorganism and serum immune index of weaned piglets. A total of 108 healthy 33-day-old DU 脳 Chang 脳 Da three-way crossbred piglets were randomly divided into 3 groups with 6 replicates in each group and 6 piglets (male, half female) in each replica. The content of globulin, albumin / globulin, insulin-like growth factor-1, serum total protein and protein in the enzyme complex preparation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05), and the ratio of albumin / globulin was significantly lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05), while the content of insulin-like growth factor-1 was significantly higher than that in other groups.
