5例犬肾上腺皮质机能亢进病例分析

【摘要】：为更好了解犬肾上腺皮质机能亢进的临床特点和诊断方法,通过对5例肾上腺皮质机能亢进的犬,结合患犬的病史、临床症状、血常规、生化、尿液分析、B超检查及垂体-肾上腺皮质轴试验进行诊断。结果表明,患犬主要表现为多饮、多尿、多食、对称性脱毛、皮肤变薄、腹围增大、运动不耐受和高血糖等症状;常发生血液碱性磷酸酶和谷丙转氨酶升高;B超用于检查肾上腺形态;ACTH刺激试验、低剂量地塞米松抑制试验(LDDST)和ACTH刺激试验结合,可用于诊断犬肾上腺皮质机能亢进。
[Abstract]:In order to better understand the clinical characteristics and diagnostic methods of adrenocortical hyperfunction in dogs, 5 dogs with adrenocortical hyperfunction were treated with the combination of history, clinical symptoms, blood routine, biochemistry, Urine analysis, B-ultrasound and pituitary-adrenocortical axis test for diagnosis. The results showed that the main symptoms were polydrink, polyuria, polyeating, symmetrical depilation, thinning of skin, enlargement of abdominal circumference, exercise intolerance and hyperglycemia. Blood alkaline phosphatase and glutamate-alanine aminotransferase (alt) were often increased, B-mode ultrasound was used to examine the adrenal morphology of ACTH stimulation test, and low dose dexamethasone inhibition test (LDDST) combined with ACTH stimulation test could be used to diagnose adrenocortical hyperfunction in dogs.
