猪δ冠状病毒检测方法研究进展

【摘要】:猪δ冠状病毒(porcine deltacoronavirus,PDCo V)是近年来新发现的可引起猪只严重腹泻、呕吐、脱水和新生仔猪死亡的一种猪肠道疾病病原体。PDCo V于2012年首次在香港的猪群中发现,2014年在美国报道,随后陆续在加拿大、韩国、中国大陆和泰国检出。鉴于PDCo V是一种新的疫病,建立快速有效的检测方法是十分必要的,是对该病准确诊断和防控的关键。本文对PDCo V病原学和血清学检测方法的研究进展进行了综述。
[Abstract]:Porcine deltacoronavirus (PDCo V), a recently discovered pathogen of swine intestinal disease that causes severe diarrhea, vomiting, dehydration and death in newborn piglets, was first found in Hong Kong in 2012 and reported in the United States in 2014. They were subsequently detected in Canada, South Korea, mainland China and Thailand. In view of the fact that PDCo V is a new epidemic disease, it is necessary to establish a rapid and effective detection method, which is the key to accurate diagnosis, prevention and control of the disease. In this paper, the research progress of PDCo V etiology and serological detection methods was reviewed.
