印度口蹄疫防控概况

【摘要】：印度是全球口蹄疫流行最严重的国家之一,通过对印度口蹄疫控制政策、实施机构、人员组成、实验室检测能力、国家动物疫病报告系统(NADRS)、牛只追踪溯源体系的研究,了解到印度关于口蹄疫防控的法律制度较为健全,兽医管理体制较为完善,防控措施较为完备。印度在兽医从业人员管理、动物防疫、家畜屠宰等方面的实践,对于完善中国口蹄疫防控体制机制有所借鉴,为对印度进一步开展口蹄疫的风险评估提供了重要科学依据。
[Abstract]:India is one of the countries with the most severe foot-and-mouth disease epidemic in the world. Through the research on the control policy of foot-and-mouth disease in India, the implementation of institutions, the composition of personnel, the ability of laboratory testing, the national animal disease reporting system, the National Animal Disease reporting system, the cattle tracking and tracing system, We know that the legal system of prevention and control of foot-and-mouth disease in India is relatively perfect, the veterinary management system is relatively perfect, and the prevention and control measures are relatively complete. India's practice in veterinary personnel management, animal epidemic prevention and livestock slaughtering provides important scientific basis for further risk assessment of foot-and-mouth disease in India.
