饲粮中添加梧桐子油和罗格列酮对绵羊生产性能、血清激素和生化指标的影响

【摘要】:本试验旨在研究饲粮中添加硬脂酰辅酶A去饱和酶(SCD)的抑制剂(梧桐子油)和促进剂(罗格列酮)对育肥绵羊生产性能以及与脂肪代谢相关血清激素和生化指标的影响。选用18只平均体重为(27.71±2.64)kg、体况相似的杂交公羊(美利奴羊×小尾寒羊♀),随机分为3组,每组6只。对照组(C组)饲喂基础饲粮+4.8%胡麻籽,梧桐子油组(W组)饲喂C组饲粮+15 g/d梧桐子油,罗格列酮组(L组)饲喂C组饲粮+8 mg/d罗格列酮。试验期50 d,其中过渡期10 d,预试期5 d,正试期35 d。结果表明:1)生产性能方面,饲粮中添加梧桐子油和罗格列酮对绵羊生产性能、屠宰性能和产肉性能均无显著影响(P0.05);脂肪沉积方面,W组的背膘厚比C组和L组分别提高了12.55%和17.23%(P0.05)。2)血清激素指标方面,与C组相比,W组血清生长激素(GH)、胰高血糖素(GC)和瘦素(LEP)含量均显著升高(P0.05),L组血清GC含量显著升高(P0.05);3)血清生化指标方面,与C组相比,W组血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、总胆固醇(TC)和甘油三酯(TG)的含量均显著升高(P0.05),L组血清TG的含量显著高于C组(P0.05)。综上所述,饲粮中添加梧桐子油和罗格列酮对绵羊生产性能、屠宰性能和产肉性能等均无显著影响,但梧桐子油显著提高了绵羊的背膘厚度;饲粮中添加梧桐子油可以显著提高绵羊血清GH、GC和LEP含量,罗格列酮可以显著提高血清GC含量;饲粮中添加梧桐子油能显著提高绵羊血清HDL-C、LDL-C、TC和TG的含量,罗格列酮可显著提高血清TG的含量。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this experiment was to study the effects of the inhibitors of stearyl coenzyme A desaturase (SCD) and rosiglitazone on the performance of fattening sheep, serum hormones and biochemical indexes related to fat metabolism. Eighteen crossbred male sheep (Merino sheep 脳 small tail Han sheep) with an average body weight of 27.71 卤2.64 kg were randomly divided into 3 groups, 6 in each group. The control group (group C) was fed basic diet of 4.8% flax seed, the group of Wutong seed oil (group W) was fed with the diet of group C (15 g / d) and the group of rosiglitazone (group L) was fed with rosiglitazone for 8 mg/d. The experiment period was 50 days, including 10 days transition period, 5 days pretest period and 35 days trial period. The results showed that the production performance of sheep was affected by adding Wutong seed oil and rosiglitazone into diet. Butcher performance and meat yield performance had no significant effect on P0.05, and fat deposition in W group was 12.55% and 17.23% higher than that of C group and L group, respectively. Compared with group C, the serum levels of growth hormone (GH), glucagon (GCC) and leptin (leptin) in group C were significantly higher than those in group C. The serum GC content in group C was significantly higher than that in group C (P 0.05). Compared with group C, the contents of HDL-CU, LDL-CU, TC- and TGG in group C were significantly higher than those in group C (P 0.05) and the content of TG in group C was significantly higher than that in group C (P 0.05). To sum up, the addition of Wutong seed oil and rosiglitazone into the diet had no significant effect on the performance, slaughter performance and meat yield of sheep, but Wutong seed oil significantly increased the backfat thickness of sheep. The contents of GC and LEP in serum of sheep were significantly increased by adding Wutong seed oil, the contents of GC and TG in serum were significantly increased by rosiglitazone, and the contents of LDL-CTC and TG in sheep serum were significantly increased by adding Wutong seed oil in diet. Rosiglitazone could significantly increase the level of serum TG.
