近年来江西部分地区猪瘟、猪繁殖与呼吸综合征和猪伪狂犬病流行病学调查

【摘要】:猪瘟(CSF)、猪繁殖与呼吸综合征(PRRS)和猪伪狂犬病(PR)是严重危害养猪业的三大重要疾病,给养猪业造成了巨大的经济损失。为了解江西部分地区猪瘟(CSF)、猪繁殖与呼吸综合征(PRRS)、猪伪狂犬病(PR)的发病及疫苗免疫情况,本研究对上述三种病进行了病原学调查和血清学调查,从而为江西地区猪瘟、猪繁殖与呼吸综合征和猪伪狂犬病的防制提供参考。主要内容如下:1江西部分地区CSF、PRRS和PR的病原学调查应用PCR和RT-PCR方法,对2014-2016年江西各地区猪场送检的病料,分别检测CSFV、PRRSV/HP-PRRSV和PRV,并结合2012-2016年三种病的检测结果进行分析。结果显示:CSFV阳性率为54.9%,各年份阳性率从32.2%-73.1%不等,CSFV感染季节性不明显,四季阳性率从46.7%-63.4%不等;PRRSV阳性率为52.7%,各年份阳性率分布在36.1%-70.2%之间,PRRSV在秋季感染率较低;HP-PRRSV阳性率为33.2%,2013-2016年阳性率逐年上升,季节性不明显,各季节阳性率分布在26.9%-37.6%之间,秋季感染率最低为26.9%,其他季节感染率相近;PRV阳性率为32.5%,各年份阳性率差异不明显,从31%-37.6%不等,PRV感染季节性明显,春季与其他季节感染率差异明显。三种病均以混合感染为主,双重感染率和三重感染率分别为38%、8%,双重感染主要为“CSF+PRRS”。2江西部分地区猪群CSF、PRRS及PR的血清学调查应用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)方法,对江西部分地区送检的血清,分别进行CSF、PRRS和PRV-gB/gE抗体的检测。2014年1月-2016年12月间,共检测CSF抗体8826份,PRRS抗体8138份,PRV-gB抗体5819份,PRV-gE抗体6786份。结果显示:CSF、PRRS、PRV-gB和PRV-gE抗体的群体阳性率分别为72.6%、81.4%、91.7%和31.9%。CSF和PRV-gB抗体阳性率逐年上升,PRRS和PRV-gE抗体阳性率逐年下降。猪群CSF、PRV-gB/gE抗体阳性率冬季最低,PRRS抗体阳性率秋季最低。CSF抗体各阶段猪群阳性率分布在47.6%-85.1%,阳性率由高到低依次为:公猪85.1%、母猪84.3%、哺乳仔猪66.6%、育肥猪55.1%、保育猪最低为47.6%。PRRS抗体各阶段猪群阳性率范围为72.5%-88.8%,阳性率从高到低依次为:育肥猪88.8%、母猪84%、公猪81.1%、哺乳仔猪73.6%、保育猪72.5%。PRV-gB抗体各阶段阳性率从69.1%-98.5%不等,哺乳仔猪阳性率最高为98.5%,其次分别为:母猪97.8%、公猪94.6%、保育猪89.5%和育肥猪69.1%。PRV-gE抗体各阶段猪群阳性率范围为24.5%-40.3%,由高到低依次为:哺乳仔猪40.3%、保育猪34.7%、育肥猪31.1%、母猪29.9%、公猪25.5%。大规模化猪场猪群CSF、PRRS、PRV-gB抗体阳性率较中小规模化猪场高,PRV-gE抗体阳性率较低。
[Abstract]:CSF, PRRSs and PRPRs are the three major diseases that seriously harm the pig industry and cause huge economic losses to the pig industry. In order to understand the incidence and vaccine immunity of CSFN, PRRSs, PRPRs in some areas of Jiangxi Province, the etiology and serological investigation of the above three diseases were carried out in this study, so as to investigate the swine fever in Jiangxi. Prevention and control of porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome and porcine pseudorabies are provided. The main contents are as follows: 1 PCR and RT-PCR methods were used to investigate the etiology of CSFV PRRS and PR in some parts of Jiangxi Province. The samples from pig farms in Jiangxi from 2014 to 2016 were tested for CSFVV / PRRSVR / HP-PRRSV and PRV respectively, and the results of the three diseases from 2012-2016 were analyzed. The results showed that the positive rate of 1% CSFV was 54.9%, and the positive rate of CSFV varied from 32.2-1% to 73.1% in different years. In the four seasons, the positive rate of PRRSV ranged from 46.7% to 63.4%. The positive rate of PRRSV was between 36.1% and 70.2% in each year. The positive rate of HP-PRRSV in autumn was 33.2%. The positive rate of HP-PRRSV increased year by year, and the seasonal rate was not obvious. The positive rate of PRRSV in each season was between 26.9- 37.6%. The lowest infection rate was 26.9m in autumn, and the positive rate of PRV in other seasons was 32.5. There was no significant difference in the positive rate of PRV from 31% to 37.6% in different years. The infection rate in spring was obviously different from that in other seasons. The double infection rate and triple infection rate were 38% and 8% respectively. The double infection rate was mainly "CSF PRRS" .2 the serological investigation of CSFU PRRS and PR in some parts of Jiangxi Province was carried out by Elisa method. From January 2014 to December 2016, 8826 samples of CSF antibodies were detected, 8138 samples of CSF antibodies were detected, 5819 samples of PRV-gB antibodies and 6786 samples of PRV-gE antibodies were detected. The results showed that the positive rates of PRV-gB and PRV-gE antibodies were 72.6% and 91.7%, respectively, and the positive rates of 31.9%.CSF and PRV-gB antibodies increased year by year. The positive rates of PRRS and PRV-gE antibodies decreased year by year. The positive rate of PRV-gB- GE antibody was the lowest in winter and the lowest in autumn. The positive rate of PRRS antibody in all stages was 47.6-85.1. The positive rate was 85.1% in male pig, 84.3% in sows, 66.6% in lactation piglets, 55.1% in fattening pigs, and the lowest in 47.6%.PRRS in conservation pigs. The order of positive rate was as follows: 85.1% in boar, 84.3% in sows, 66.6% in lactating piglets, 55.1% in fattening pigs, and the lowest in preserved pigs. The positive rate of antibody in different stages was 72.5-88.88.The positive rate ranged from high to low as follows: 88. 8 of fattening pigs, 84 of sows, 81.1 of boars, 73.6 of suckling piglets, and 69.1-98.5% of 72.5%.PRV-gB antibodies in all stages of care. The positive rate of breast-feeding piglets was 98.5am, followed by 97.8g sows, 94.6g boar pigs, 89.5% of preserved pigs and 24.5-40.3of fattening pigs in each stage of 69.1%.PRV-gE antibody. The order from high to low was as follows: nursing piglets 40.33,34.7care pigs, fattening pigs 31.1m, sows 29.995, boar 25.5. The positive rate of PRV-gB antibody in large scale pig farm was lower than that in medium and small scale pig farm.
