家兔须毛癣菌感染模型的构建

【摘要】:为了建立须癣毛癣菌感染家兔模型,对临床分离的须癣毛癣菌进行基因分型,选用Ⅰ型菌制成孢子悬液,直接涂抹剪毛后的家兔皮肤,观察皮肤大体和显微结构病变情况。结果发现,皮肤涂抹孢子悬液后,大体病变皮肤潮红、皮屑增多,有渗出,形成结痂;显微镜下,皮肤充血,角质层增厚,炎性细胞浸润,局部形成脓肿;皮肤组织进行特殊染色,在毛囊或毛干内有大量菌丝;从病变皮屑中分离鉴定出须癣毛癣菌。上述结果提示,本试验成功建立了须毛癣菌感染家兔模型。
[Abstract]:In order to establish the rabbit model of Trichophyton tinea pedis infection, the clinical isolates of Trichophyton Trichophyton were genotyping, the spore suspension was made with type I bacteria, and the skin of the rabbit was smeared directly. The gross and microscopic structure of the skin were observed. The results showed that after the skin smear was smeared, the skin was flushed and dandruff increased. Exudation, forming scab; under the microscope, the skin hyperemia, the cuticle thickening, inflammatory cell infiltration, local formation of abscess, skin tissue special staining, a large number of mycelia in hair follicles or in the hair, isolated and identified Trichophyton tinea from the diseased dandruff. The results suggest that the rabbit model of Trichophyton Trichophyton infection was successfully established in this experiment.
