桑叶饲料对绒山羊羯羊生产性能及肉品质的影响

【摘要】:为探讨桑叶饲料对绒山羊生产性能和肉品质的影响,试验选择辽宁绒山羊羯羊60只,随机分成6组,每组10只,对照组饲喂玉米秸秆青贮饲料,试验组饲喂不同添加水平的桑叶饲料(10%、15%、20%青贮桑叶,10%、15%干桑叶),试验期60d。结果表明:日粮中添加15%、20%的青贮桑叶,日增重分别较对照组提高28.78%(P0.05)、29.79%(P0.05),料重比分别较对照组降低25.87%(P0.05)、25.79%(P0.05);添加10%、15%的干桑叶,日增重分别较对照组提高35.35%(P0.05)、39.89%(P0.05),料重比分别较对照组降低30.78%(P0.05)、27.07%(P0.05);添加青贮桑叶与干桑叶对屠宰性能指标和肉品质指标无不利影响(P0.05)。由此可见,日粮中添加一定比例的青贮桑叶或干桑叶可提高生长育肥羊的生产性能,改善羊肉品质。
[Abstract]:In order to study the effect of mulberry leaf feed on the performance and meat quality of cashmere goats, 60 Liaoning cashmere goats were randomly divided into 6 groups, 10 in each group, and the control group was fed with corn straw silage. The experimental group was fed with 10% silage leaf and 20% silage leaf forage at different levels of mulberry leaf forage. The experiment period was 60 days. The results showed that the daily gain of silage leaves increased by 28.78%, the ratio of feed to weight decreased by 25.87% P0.05% and 25.79% P0.05% respectively compared with the control group, and 10% of dry mulberry leaves were added to the diet, the results showed that the daily gain of silage was increased by 28.78% and 29.79%, respectively, and the ratio of feed to weight was lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Compared with the control group, the daily gain increased 35.35% and 39.89% respectively, the ratio of feed to weight decreased 30.78% (P 0.05) and 27.07% (P 0.05), and silage and dried mulberry leaves had no adverse effect on the slaughtering performance index and meat quality index (P0.05). It can be seen that adding a certain proportion of silage leaves or dry mulberry leaves to the diet can improve the production performance and the quality of mutton in growing fattening sheep.
