【摘要】：本项目的主要内容是辽宁庄河大骨鸡原种场有限公司与辽宁医学院共同选育的大骨鸡新品系产品无公害生产技术进行研究与推广。包括大骨鸡新品系在两种生产方式(舍饲和放养)下的产品无公害生产技术,在保证产品安全和生产无公害的基础上进行饲养试验和技术推广,填补我省无优质鸡肉和优质蛋品食品空白,成果达国内先进水平。项目的主要意义在于不断壮大大骨鸡无公害生产技术示范规模,完善养殖及产品加工产业技术创新。为市场提供优质大骨鸡肉和蛋。
[Abstract]:The main content of this project is to study and popularize the pollution-free production technology of the new strain of Dagu chicken selected jointly by Liaoning Zhuanghe Dagu Chicken seed Farm Co., Ltd and Liaoning Medical College. Including the non-pollution production technology of the new strain of Dagu chicken under two modes of production (house feeding and stocking), and on the basis of ensuring the safety of the product and the production without pollution, the breeding test and technical popularization were carried out on the basis of ensuring the safety of the product and the production of the new strain.
