八层层叠式笼养蛋鸡舍夏冬季环境参数及其相关性研究

【摘要】:随着我国蛋鸡规模养殖标准化水平的不断提高,鸡舍内环境控制成为影响产蛋性能遗传潜力充分发挥的重要因素之一。本研究以密闭式八层层叠式笼养蛋鸡舍为目标,对其夏季高温环境和冬季低温环境下不同位置的的环境质量参数(温度、相对湿度、CO2浓度、风速、PM10、光照强度)进行测定,分析各位置环境质量参数差异及其相关性,为进一步优化规模化笼养蛋鸡舍环境质量提供理论依据。本研究主要测定分析八层层叠笼养鸡舍内从湿帘端到风机端,以及不同笼层间各测定点的环境参数。1、湿帘端至风机端。夏季,温度、CO2浓度、风速和PM10测定值从鸡舍湿帘端至风机端逐渐增大,相对湿度呈递减趋势,其中靠近风速最低。冬季,温度、CO2浓度、风速、氨气、TSP、相对湿度和PM10测定值从鸡舍湿帘端至风机端逐渐增大,其中近湿帘端PM10测定值显著低于其他测定点(P0.05)。2、八层层叠笼不同笼层。夏季,CO2浓度、相对湿度和PM10浓度测定值随着笼层递增逐渐变大;风速呈逐渐减小的趋势;各层笼温度分布较均匀;上层测定点的相对湿度显著高于下层;光照强度均以上、下层中部笼层最高,其中下层光照强度高于上层7-11Lx。冬季,温度、PM10、CO2、氨气随着笼层增高浓度逐渐增大,相对湿度、风速呈递减趋势。近湿帘端测定点温度显著低于其他测定点,上层测定点的相对湿度低于下层。3、夏季环境质量参数的相关性温度与相对湿度呈极显著负相关(r=-0.579),与CO2、风速、PM10极显著正相关(r=0.576、r=0.516、r=0.291);相对湿度与CO2、风速呈极显著负相关(r=-0.194、r=-0.275),CO2与风速、极显著正相关(r=0.619、r=0.675),风速与PM10极显著正相关(r=0.240)。4、冬季环境质量参数的相关性温度与CO2、PM10、氨气、呈极显著正相关(r=0.153、r=0.122、r=0.136),与湿度极显著负相关(r=-0.711);湿度与CO2、PM10呈极显著负相关(r=-0.346、r=-0.134)、与风速极显著正相关(r=0.227)、与氨气显著负相关(r=-0.088);CO2与风速、TSP极显著负相关(r=-0.332、r=-0.115),与氨气极显著正相关(r=0.582);风速与PM10、氨气极显著负相关(r=-0.104、r=-0.170),与TSP显著正相关(r=0.121)。综上,本次试验研究表明八层层叠笼养蛋鸡舍舍内环境参数基本满足畜禽环境质量标准,但是夏季近湿帘端的测定点相对湿度偏大,建议调整环境控制器参数,降低湿帘水泵开启时间,或者开启次数;光照强度在上、下层中部笼层最高,并且下层光照强度高于上层,建议调整光源强度,灯泡之间的间距;试验测得上层过道风速较低,建议调整风机模式,保证上层风速。在冬季试验测定舍内温度平均值达到20℃以上,但舍内不同笼层之间温度分布不均匀,温度最低值与最高值之间相差6℃;CO2浓度平均值在2000mg/m3相对湿度均值在43%左右,相对湿度偏低;建议在保证温度的前提下,加大通风量。
[Abstract]:In winter , the temperature , CO2 concentration , wind speed , ammonia gas , TSP , relative humidity and PM _ ( 10 ) concentration were measured from the wet curtain end of chicken house to the fan end . The relative humidity and wind speed decreased gradually , and the relative humidity of the lower layer was lower than that of the lower layer . There was a significant negative correlation between the relative humidity and the wind speed ( r = - 0.344 , r = - 0.115 ) , and the relative humidity was positively correlated with the air velocity ( r = - 0.272 , r = - 0.115 ) . The correlation between the wind speed and the wind speed was significantly positive ( r = - 0.344 , r = - 0.115 ) . The relative humidity was negatively correlated with the ammonia gas ( r = - 0.344 , r = - 0.115 ) .
